Can someone make me a list of all web-sites that you can make a pic federation on. I thought there was one awile ago but must have been tookin off. PLEASE HELP ME.

Go to the picture fed board and check out all of the feds. See where they are hosted, and then take it from there.

Freewebs.com or moonfruit.com is the best imo. But I think most of the feds are hosted on freewebs.
