Resizing me sig.....

I have a little problem, my sig's huge

does anyone know how i resize it on here without saving the image, making it small and then re-uploading it.

Or if someone can do it really easy as my pc is ing up alot lately and it keeps going wrong on uploading, so if the only way is to save, resize upload then could someone save the pic then re-upload it, imageshack.us is good, you dont have to register.
