copy and paste the pics link into the I have my own avatar space in your profile, and put the size in the spot where it says  |

Go to your profile , then scroll down until you see " I have my own pic" click the checkbox and put the pictures url in the space provided to the right.

for avatar go to additional information click the box next to i have my own pic, then enter the height and widht. for ap ic in your signature go to prefrences put [*img*]url to pic[*/img*] take out the *'s
