Wayne McGurk Felo-de-se RP: Temptation Eyes
BLACK AND WHITE. From where he sat, he couldn’t tell if the ashtray was either half full or half empty; either way, the man knew he had too much too early tonight. He was back home. Wayne leaned back over the leather couch, as both his feet rested over the wooden coffee table; the only thing next to it was the damn ashtray. He was feeling good tonight. He wasn’t doing a thing- he was just living. Enjoying the space and enjoying the time. Had that old phonograph playing that old 45 of The Police’s “This Bed’s Too Big Without You”. It was the man’s interpretation of chilling; it was cool. And not in that way the media defines it, no way man. This was the real cool, the kind men like Frank Sinatra and Johnny Cash established- calm, collected, and powerful.
Wayne saw the other pack of Camel’s, still unopened; a virgin. Wayne took his time to contemplate on whether he should open the damn thing or not. I mean, he’s this far, what damage could another… ‘couple more do? If he isn’t going to take it, it’s just going to continue lying there. Christ, he’s going to smoke it eventually. ing-lutely nothing. Ain’t like’s he’s hurting anyone, second hand smoking is avoidable. Wayne reached over and dimmed down the lights; the lighter was pretty much the only sense of light around. around with your mind; a reggae band whose lyrics were actually perfect for stoners. That one “Every Breath You Take”, yeah man, that was one ed up song. What was even more ed up about it was the fact that people consider the song to be the most romantic song ever made; even go so far as to have it played for the weddings. That song’s about a stalker. It doesn’t matter if he’s ing the girl or not, he’s watching her, every minute, every moment, every day. She’s his only reason for living. It’s ing creepy- living with that sense of surveillance. The only thing romantic about the song was the music. If someone read the lyrics before ever hearing the song, they would be scarred ****; with good reason, too. Felo-de-se is upon us and for the first time, The Revolution shall arise in full circle. Like many things, The Revolution started small, and yet, they took the WFWF Orgy Titles and held onto them until the final straw. You can say what you want about Kurt Burton, but that man is a fighter. And when Kurt made the invitation, I accepted it because I know, that in the annals of Professional Wrestling, the Revolution will none be one forgotten.
Like all the other stables you see out there, superiority is our goal.
Unlike all the other stables, we all bleed loyalty to our cause. Because in this hour, a great change must fall over the wrestling world, and we’re here to make sure it happens. And if there’s anything else that bleeds through our God-forgotten hearts, it’s the love we have for the sport of Professional Wrestling; it’s the water that binds us.
Felo-de-se, is only the prequel.
Now, if there’s anything I’m personally comfortable about it’s that I will taste new blood. I don’t know if anyone’s noticed it or not, but for the past several weeks, I’ve been fighting the same people over and over. There’s nothing wrong with that, because if anything can build a good wrestling match, it’s history. But after awhile, you start to build a feel for a given opponent; you know what their going to do next. But that’s the challenge right there, as the opponent you strive to conjure new ways to survive against the man you can’t beat. And as the defender, you face the greater challenge of being ready- and that is why I am not a man of presumption.
If there’s anything I want most, it’s a challenge. I want to be unsure again, because it’s that lack of professional security that drives me. I’ve got the International Championship, and I want more. But that’s not what I’m facing today, now is it? I’m facing a little new blood for a damn change. I have nothing to lose; I’ve only got experience to gain.

THE TAVERN ACROSS the street was one like many Wayne had become a regular to; it was wooden furnished, and anyone was welcome. He hated those upscale **** hole nightclubs, that seemed exclusive to egotistical a**holes who thought highly of themselves and elusive to everyone else; how do those
ers make money? He came into the bar hearing pub chatter and Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams”; standard music. He also noticed that the smoking ban didn’t apply here, so he reckoned he’d fit right in.Wayne took a seat before the counter. The bartender came over, and Wayne ordered a glass of Jack Daniels Black. He took the pack of Camel’s from his breast pocket, placed a stick between his lips and lit it. The drink came over as she turned to him.
Hey, you got one to spare?
Yeah.
Wayne held the box before her, and she took a stick in that way a woman doesn’t know is sexy, but really does; being oblivious. Wayne offered her the lighter, but she held out her hand as to reject it. She motioned for her purse, and as she did, Wayne took a look at what she had: a glass of bourbon and a glass of water. She ruffled through the purse and took out a small lighter; less than an inch in height and with, white over red lines, and had a couple penguins in the front. She brought the lighter before her and lit it in that sexy way; again.
She had a mink coat on; over what Wayne guessed was a black dress. She had her hair straight, dark red.

The music began to play, jazz with a hint off swing and rock, and there was Teresa; had the mink coat lowered down below her shoulders- revealing a little skin, white, over a thin black strap. She let the cigarette hang down on her lips; held it loose- the woman on stage now singing “Shadow Boxer”; Wayne knew - damn. He had to go, now.

Wayne placed the lid over the toilet and took a seat. He couldn’t do this, but he couldn’t let her down like that; he was having fun. And he’s not supposed to. Despite all her shortcomings, there was something about her, man. She lit his fire. She’s not supposed to, because Vanessa already does that. He wanted her, but he also wanted Vanessa; wanted them both. But he wanted Teresa more; she was similar, the act itself is similar, but she’s different. She’s new.
Wayne thought about drinking it off, but rejected the idea. Can hard liquor cure lust? Just barely. He wants her all for himself… He can’t drink it off, because he’ll probably just end up with her. There has to be away to solve this. Wayne massaged his face, thinking deep for a solution. Couldn’t just run- he should, but he won’t let himself.
GOD DAMN IT!
Wayne threw his arm against the wall, and he saw the solution in his hand. If he can’t have it, then can damn well express it! Relive himself from the agony. But not here, on the other hand he’ll be walking around with a loaded gun.
. He needed to go home.Wayne quickly left the bathroom as the band began another song. He knew this song; he knew it all too well. He looked at the platform and saw the vocalist smile at him; there was a twinkle in her green eyes. He had to leave.
