LOL! At my house its like, if Hilary wins, my Grandfather riots. A Hillary win isn't a bad thing for the Republicans. I think Hillary is easily the most beatable Democratic candidate. Obama is very charismatic, doesn't play the race card and doesn't like it when people do. Hillary is so far to the left it's ridiculous. Plus, she's a woman. Plus, she broke down and cried once already. There are plenty of people who won't vote for her just because she's a woman. I think the Republicans can pretty easily tar and feather her. Honestly, I think Hillary is the easier candidate to beat for the Republicans as well. Between Whitewater, Vince Foster, Monica Lewinsky, Travel Gate, FBI Gate, missing files, Roger Clinton, Mena, drug smuggling, Barry Seal, and so on, there is plenty to go after. McCain is far from clean either, and he has the old white guy thing going against him, the problem is, being the dirty old corrupt white guy is actually going to work in his favor more than against it I believe.

Hillary was cleared in whitewater. She had nothing to do with Vince Foster. Bill not her. Travelgate she was cleared. Filegate (which you said FBI gate) she was cleared on. Bill not her.
Mena and drugs and Seal, don't know about.

Remember the '06 elections?
Republicans got the boot for corruption/scandals and being associated with president Bush's Iraq war. McCain is one of the biggest proponents of that war, as well as other shared policies of the Bush Administration. So nothing will change as a result of him being elected and when looking back at '06 people want that change more than ever.
While I agree Hilary is the easiest Democratic Candidate to beat (however she is winning the primaries) I think more people are concerned with the "NOW" then what happened 10-15-20 years ago.
Both parties have their ROCK SOLID BASES, so there is no changing their views on who their voting for. It's the undecided and moderates that will make up the difference and that will depend on what type of campaigns they run.

well Hillary leads by 58 delegates which can be easily made up over the course of a week by Obama. 4 big caucasuses(spell) coming up and he has done very good at these types of polls. Then there is Ohio, Texas and Pennsylvania which are most likely Hillary's and they are big delegate states, so yeah. yep. going down to the wire. I will vote for her if she gets the nod. But I've supported Obama since the beginning and I will continue to.

To be honest, I can't understand why anyone would want McCain as president. Things would pretty much be exactly the same as they are now...

Just gather a checklist and show how much McCain is like Bush, then add his 3 gallons of extra crazy and you've got a mess. I'm with you on this one. What are these people thinking?Or are they?

Honestly, I'll take more of the same over Hillary. I don't know enough about Obama to really judge him. Although I am no McCain fan either.

Philly and Pittsburgh, the biggest precincts will probably lean Obama. It will be close.
