Great response, I know its tough to see through the self pity, but am I wrong? Shouldnt you ask him before you start playing the blame game? Why not email him? I mean seriously, if you think like this during school, you are going to go paranoid for the rest of your life, especially when you hit college. It's not that I'm working around responding to you, but wow...being a complete ass about it, that's pretty tough. I PLAN to. The question in this topic wasn't, "Will you please feel sorry for me now?" So you can quit going on about how I'm immature and need to grow up, and how you don't feel sorry for me, the question was,"Any advice on how I can approach this?" I'd expect a little more from a guy with 28,903 posts on this forum....but it is true that you encounter alot of injustice and twice as many ***holes in life.

I can't help but laugh. Imagine what he was thinking while going through the reports.
Abortion is a controversial topic in our society and my views on it are as follows... Rocky is a good movie. You should watch it because.... OMG!!! Have you seen Pirates of the Caribbean? Depp's the bomb in that, yo!

You need to tell other teachers and ask them if they will go with you to the Principal's office with you and a few other kids. However I would try and get most of the classmates to sign a petition. If you can get 2 or 3 teachers to go with you on top of 10 kids I am sure the Principal will talk with him. It wouldn't surprise me if he has a crush on her. I don't care if you took it serious. If he said you couldn't choose a bunch of subjects, and only 6 people passed and she got the only A, even though many people chose the same topic as her I think is a little suspicious.
The fact is I doubt only 6 people in a whole highschool would take it serious. Something is suspicious. I would try and get all the students who are outraged to sign a petition along with parents and teachers the principal would have to do something. If he doesn't take it to the super intendent. If that doesn't work you might end up switching schools or going to the board of education.
This reminds me of my school.A teacher kept herassing all the students we even talked to the principal about 10 times. A few months after we heard something from my sister's coworker who is the brother of the teacher's assistant. It turns out she was f*cking the super intendent.

Get all the students and a couple teachers to go to the principal and explain the situation. If that doesn't work put the teacher in a crippler crossface and give a 619 to the girl.

I still cant believe the outrage, he hasnt even asked the teacher why he got the grade, yet some of you want to get him fired and stage a walk out and petition? I bet once he talks to the teacher he'll see what is going on.
Not everything is a conspiracy

The post is also full of comma splices and run on sentences. I always get a kick out of people complaining about English teachers and they have horrible writing themselves. To be honest, it's not like it's a supremely huge deal to have bad grammar on the internet... it's not like his English teacher is going to grade his writing on WF... as long as its readable it should be adequate enough... As for the teacher, I dunno what to say, it's normally very hard to prove a bias with a teacher (Except for this instance where it seems pretty blatantly obvious) so if you think you can prove bias then I think, regardless of whether he is your favorite, that you have to tell someone like the Superintendent. I know that he's your favorite teacher and that's understandable but you can't have a teacher who brings personal bias into the class room, that's just unacceptable... So I would try reporting him to the board of trustees but bear in mind that if they do believe that he has an obvious bias then the potential exists for him to lose his job... In general it's not a supremely bad thing, but he's posting about how he's a really great writer and his grammar is horrible. He's posting about how his English teacher had no right to fail his paper, but he can't construct a sentence properly.

By the way, I usually don't run my post on this forum through spell check and proof read them for 2-3 hours, before I post, since 98% of the replys to them are ****ty attempts at smart ass humor or "Well RKO the bitch.". And my grammar is no where near, not even remotely close to being horrible, I mean it's not like your logic or anything, geez gimme a break. And who said he had no right to fail my paper? Your just making stuff up like an ass. I didn't say mine deserved to pass, I was just asking for advice as to what my friends and I could do about his unfair grading. And I didn't go on about how great I am, again, you just being a typical jackass, I just said that writing is one of my biggest hobbies, and I usually do very well in his class, but mostly everyone did horrible this time around.

Well, let's check this out.
First of all, this is a comma splice and a run on sentence. You've actually got three sentences there all run into one. I take that back. You've got four sentences there. Plus, in general, it's not grammatically acceptable to start sentences with conjunctions.
Again, you start with a conjunction. Your third sentence (I didn't say....) is a run on sentence with a comma splice.
This is just one big, gigantic, long run on sentence. You don't have to run a spell/grammar check to realize these things.

So there you go big shot, you win this fight. I bet you feel pretty badass now, huh? I certainly would. I'm off to bed to lose some sleep over this, peace.

Steroids in sports is more sketchy than abortion? Apparently so beecause he debated with me for 20 minutes about what exactly my paper would be over. I had links and info already set up, so he kind of screwed me up by not letting me do that, since I had planned on that for about 2 weeks. About 10 minutes after arguing with me about not being able to do sterioids in sports, he then let another girl choose abortion, she said she would convince a teenage mother to keep her baby, same as the other six, and he said fine, I asked,"How does that work? If she's trusted to convince a teenage other to keep a unborn child, but I can't be to convince a professional athlete to not take steroids?" He just beat around the bush with his answer, told me I already had a topic, and moved on.

Seriously, you said this was high school English? He is letting you write papers on Rocky/Pirates and letting another student write a persuasive essay on keeping a child as opposed to abortion? Seriously? I mean seriously? I still think theres more to this story than you are letting on, but the school system needs to step in and tell him to stop with the 5th grade assignments.
"Dear unwed crack head mother, you should not give ya baby away because god gives life and god frowns on dumb peoples who abort, and babies are so cutie pie, wouldnt you want to see them, please please pretty please, the end"

I had a teacher like that in the 8th grade.
She was, by far, the worst teacher I've ever had. She clearly favored girls, and every other teacher in the school knew it, as did the administration, but they couldn't do anything about it because she was part of the teacher's union, which is like being the son of god around here.
In any case, she taught English, supposedly, but all she did all year long was teach us about Ukraine and 3rd world countries. The class was a joke.
I wrote a paper late in the year on the same topic another girl in my class did. Our essays were similar, she had better facts but mine was far better written. She got a 98 and I got a 75. I took the paper to the principal and vice principal and they both totally agreed that while she did deserve a slightly higher grade than me, the difference in grades should have been minimal at best.
I was promised for weeks it would be taken care of and it never was.
To this day, I've told every English teacher in high school that I had that I, along with everyone else in that class, is running with one year of english than everyone else and I believe that to be entirely true.
If your school was anything like my junior high was, you might as well just let it go now.
