Honestly...you can't seriously think that a paper about Rocky, no matter how well it's written, will compare to an even marginally-well-done paper on abortion?
One is one of the hottest topics of the last...I dunno... the last couple of decades? The other is a group of movies. A good group of movies, pretty much, but still a group of movies.
Also, you can always claim that he's tapping that ass. You don't have to outright say "I think he's sleeping with her"...you can just make a point that he seems TOO involved in her work, he seems TOO eager to single her out for praise. Just saying "He's tapping that ass" will make you sound like a vengeful teenager who's lashing out because his "favorite teacher" gave him a bad grade.
Beat around the bush if you have to, and try to make it sound that you're more worried about the safety and security and image (etc.) of the school, rather than upset about the bad grade. Also, make it sound like it's been going on for a while, because it sounds like it has been.
That's my advice, pulled from my experience. I should know...I basically wrote an entire essay taking an awful teacher to task (long story short, her method was "If you don't do it my way, the right way, the first time...you'll never get into college and you'll be a failure for the rest of your life). And because I was pretty messed up when I wrote it, I cursed her out pretty fierce. I was probably looking at expulsion, but by handling myself in a certain way, I got it down to one day of suspension...a Friday, when we only went half a day anyway.

Well I would say someone is spreeding there legs for the teacher, thats all really....As it seems odd out of the whole class making that low of a grade, and her getting that high of one. But maybe it's just me, oh well guess you can think what you want about it.

You just contradicted yourself. Shes smarter than everyone, so she should get higher grades....right? So she got a better grade than a kid who wrote a paper on ROCKY and its only because she is having sex with the teacher?
Makes sense

Makes sense Well she could be a great writer, and I may be completely wrong, she could be better than all in her class at reports. I dont care what he wrote it on, she may have did a papper that put his to shame, I dont know.

say somethin when school starts again, but dont turn it into an argument, because youll lose cause all hes gotta do is send u to the office. make sure u try talking in a regular tone, and make sure the girls there at the time, and make sure you have people there whos willing to back you up, so that its not just you making this complaint. try it at the beginning of class before he can actually start his lesson like when the bel rings just raise your hand and hopefully everyones quiet so it will end up being a class discussion.
we had a lot of class discussions last year in english which took up most of the class, and fell behind his other classes lol. but he was a really fair teacher who was open about a lot of things. but he did stop it when it got loud or got out of hand.

actually, a really well written critique on rocky would actually be something interesting and worth while to read.

actually, a really well written critique on rocky would actually be something interesting and worth while to read. In drama class maybe, or if he was writing for Entertainment Weekly in 1980, but not in High School English when other kids are writing about gun control and abortion. Obviously the teacher thought of it this way as well, considering he got whatever grade he got, and I wanna know what the gun control kid got

How do you get a 28 on a paper? Whoever did that must be ing intellectually- disabled. Obviously the teacher has a hardon for "the girl", nothing else would explain her getting roughly 20 points higher than anyone else in the class on said assignment, especially when only 6 people passed.

You wrote an essay on ing Rocky and she wrote one on abortion, are you serious? Im surprised he didnt bust you guys down to middle school...seriously....Rocky? Pirates of the Caribbean? Honestly, I'd be expelled from school for being ignorant and dumb for writing a paper on Rocky, even if the choices are "broad"as you say. That is exactly what I thought. If I was a teacher and asked for a persuasive paper, and I got Pirates of the Caribbean and Rocky, I would grade harshly too. It sounds to me like "the girl" was the only student who took the paper seriously. Maybe that's why everyone else failed.

I am sorry, I dont feel bad for you, theres obviously a reason you got the grade, and anyone who has ever gotten a 28 on an abstract paper needs to go find work and forget about school, I mean 28 on a math test is one thing, but a paper, where you can choose your topic?
You also make it sounds like 70-85's are bad grades, all you need is a C to pass most classes, unless you are a genius, you will see some C's in your life.
And honestly, and lastly, man up and ask him, dont call bias until you get an actual reason for your terrible grade, because once you ask him and he points out 49408 things that are bad about this paper, you can't blame the love of your life or the teacher on something that you screwed up.

Ok. Yup. Great response, I know its tough to see through the self pity, but am I wrong? Shouldnt you ask him before you start playing the blame game? Why not email him? I mean seriously, if you think like this during school, you are going to go paranoid for the rest of your life, especially when you hit college.
