To be honest its very rare. Most eventually in the fineprint have some conditions to get you hooked to them.
I suggest typing something like that in google to see if you get any but make sure you dont get locked or hooked into something, mobile phones are a goldmine for that.

You can put mp3s in the program, and create your own. You need to have texting to get them, though.

Your best bet is to get a phone that allows you to use mp3s as ring tones.
