So I found out today for sure, though the suspicion had been there for a few weeks, that my girl is indeed pregnant. This being said, I had a question to any parents or soon to be parents out there...do you have any advice or anything that you know that you could tell me that I should be prepared for? Any and all advice and comments are appreciated...no "get an abortion" comments, as we are keeping the kid so that suggestion should be kept to yourself if you think that. Thanx, Revvie

Well I am no father or anything, but I know people who are. You are in for the most crazy 9 months of your entire life.

Best of luck man... You're gonna need it.
Nah, I'm kidding. You'll do OK I'm sure. Just be there. I don't think that there is anything you can do to "prepare". I think maybe putting a few $ aside for a rainy day would be an obvious choice. Save up for the necessities such as buggy/etc. and you should be just fine.
I wish you and your partner the best of luck with having and raising a healthy baby.

why dont people wear condoms Im allergic to them. Its like putting a tube of Icy Hot on my pecker....Not cool at all..... Anyway if your happy about being a father congrats, I dont know anything about you but youve basically got 9 months to start being a man (if you havent already). Just make sure you are prepared in 9 months. Dont have the kid and just be like "oh I gotta get a real job" Gods gives us lazy asses 9 months to plan out. You dont have to marry the girl. Infact i suggest you dont get married just cause you have a kid. Whatever you do just make sure you support her (the mother) though the pregnancy. No offense but shes gonna be an annoying bitch with wild and crazy mood swings. Just be good to her and it will pay off in the end.

why dont people wear condoms That statement was idiotic to say the least considering she was on the pill which is quite a bit more of protection then a condom is....so yea

Depo, yes, but with the pill, I'd always require backup. As for reccommendations, based upon your answers, I present you, my 100% honest answer:
