Somebody asked me this today, and I realized that I definitely could not ever go out with a girl that had the same name as my mom. It'd just be too awkward.

since I call my mother, mom. I dont see a problem coming from it for me, half the time I dont really acknowledge the fact they actually do have names, i guess thats out of habit though.
