Received a email this morning from Amazon saying they received my returned item and have refunded my credit card. It’s a legit email and I did purchase the item two weeks ago but I never returned it. My credit card was given the credit back immediately too. This is a $20 refund.
I find the whole situation suspicious, anyone have a similar experience?

I'd contact Amazon directly and not through the email or any links so that you know you're actually talking to them and not a scammer just to be safe.

Sounds like a scam. It's always better to be safe and do your research before committing to any service. I recommend checking out some other transportation companies to find a reliable option. For instance, I had a great experience with arrow xl; they provided excellent service and handled my items with care. Their team was professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process, which really put my mind at ease |
