We getting any Randy Savage this year? I kind of feel like they NEED some big announcement(s) today.... While the showings thus far have been phenomenal, there is a distinct lack of "New" or "Returning" names here - it's a lot of the same names we've been getting already. While the showing so far has been great - If they don't roll out at least 2-3 big "new" or "returning" names today, I think a lot of the collectors are going to view the showing as a disappointment. But so far we've only seen the preview, so let's see what they show on the Panel! |

The more I think about the Rhea/Ultimate ring situation, the more frustrating I find it.
There's absolutely no excuse to put that figure behind a ring paywall, aside from a blatant cash grab. It's a fantastic looking figure and one which would have sold like crazy, I imagine it still will sell well, but it just feels like such a dirty move. I don't want to say exploitative as that is probably a bit much, but it just feels grubby.

Yep, they got the ring exclusive figure right with Kane. A repaint of a previously available Ultimate. Putting highly sought after/anticipated figures new figures in there is really poor form. It was bad enough with Bischoff, but unforgivable with Rhea, IMO. |

Yep, they got the ring exclusive figure right with Kane. A repaint of a previously available Ultimate. Putting highly sought after/anticipated figures new figures in there is really poor form. It was bad enough with Bischoff, but unforgivable with Rhea, IMO. Me being a massive Kane fan I did feel a bit annoyed he came with the ring but I wanted a Raw is War ring anyway so it wasn't bad. This Rhea situation is way worse imo |

I just about have enough room for my New Gen ring. I'd love this Rhea but would have to farm the ring off to my nephew (he doesn't care about female wrestlers, no matter how hard I try). Essentially paying Β£150 for one figure is a no go. |

Im gonna just start throwing the rings in the garbage. So frustrating. Canβt even sell them for a decent price because no one needs all these rings. This Rhea situation is way worse imo I bought a $150 ring as well just for a literal clown so I understand the struggle. However, I was able to make that ring/entrance set-up work and it is proudly displayed in my room. Who I sympathize the most with is people who already have a ring because again nobody needs more than one really and expecting your customer base to keep buying more rings probably isn't sustainable. |
