It looks like Coliseum Collection is set up there, right? Iβm REALLY hoping for the next wave (Spring 2025) after DiBiase/ Steamboat to be announced at the panel today and then added to the display. Cool things shown so far, for sure, but nothing for me YET.

So far I ordered:
2x Seth, don't want him but son does and it's close to Christmas, may use other as trade bait in future.
Only needed of the the papa/warrior set
Got the new wave of Monday night wars and triple h, not holding my breath for that.

Was going to jokingly complain before going to preorder it myself..."HOW CAN THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR VADER WHEN UE UNDERTAKER WAS $22.99?!" $22.99 UE Vader has me in nirvana right now I'm tempted to buy two at that price! I want the chase over the standard, so maybe it's worth the gamble. People seem to had luck with Yoko. I did order two because I wanted the extra WCW World Championship belt; I figured for $22 I'd better not pass it up. I actually forgot that there is a chase, so now I'm glad I ordered two! |

Agree. Is there any way we could make a petition for WWE to see thatβs thereβs interest on behalf of us? Btwβ¦ that time slot for the MNW figures suckedβ¦ last time I was able to secure my Harlem heat. I went out to work with my Syxx in cart and bam! SOLD OUTβ¦ This has got to get better. Doesn't need a petition, WF is the biggest wrestling figure community and Steve and Bill read these boards (plus they are big wrestling fans like we are, so they are already in our corner on this). People just need to continue to post here that they're not satisfied with the Monday Night Wars line picks being so heavy on the repaints, and that we want more "first time" and "deep dive" (and perhaps mention a few specific names as I do). Mattel will pick up on this and report to WWE legal that they need to approach/sign more WCW names. And hopefully given time, the list of available names will broaden and we'll finally get deeper WCW coverage. I agree and know there is nobody that that wants these midcard WCW names more than you, but I just don't think WWE cares about roster depth for this line. WCW has been dead for 23+ years and they still piss on their grave whenever given the chance while simultaneously milking the "Monday Night Wars" moniker for every nostalgia dollar they can get. This line is a fantastic concept on paper that unfortunately will just result in more Hall/Nash/Hogan repaints as opposed to introducing guys like Juventud/Saturn/Glacier. Some of these do look great and I really am not one to be overly negative as Mattel has put out the best wrestling figures in my lifetime. However, they have had the WWE license now for 15 years so it is hard to suddenly expect them to start pumping out more obscure talent from the glory days of WCW when the overall amount of new names in the line has actually dwindled in recent years. |
