broken bayley so i just recieved my Elite Bayley from elite 109, and this is actually the first time this happened to me, but i recieved my bayley with her torso split where the front meets the back and her arms fell out, no matter what i do, it wont snap together. How does one go about getting a replacement, since Ringside said once they are open they are not responsible for broken figures. Does Mattel replace them? broken bayley picture

I'd make sure the pegs inside the torso line up. A little super glue should do the trick to keep it closed.

My baf bulldog has a separated crotch piece out the package. I just used glue and clamped it closes until dried.

Mattel will replace it if they have her in stock. If not, they will offer you another WWE toy lol.. they tried that with me the one time I called in and I just told them I wanted a refund. So they sent me a check in the mail a few days later.

I wouldn't even waste my time trying to fix it. You paid over retail for a faulty product.
RSC should replace it - I get being strict since there are so many scammers and it is a toy that could have been broken while playing with it, but they really need to have some type of common sense when it comes to situations like this.
Like if you contacted them the same/next day that the package was delivered. I'm pretty sure every retailer can send back faulty product for a credit so it shouldn't be an issue on their end.
The problem is they don't want to eat the shipping costs of paying for you to ship it back and then shipping for the replacement.
If they won't replace it, you can contact Mattel and like others have said, they should give you a voucher. And then try to shop at retail since most retailers will accept a return for store credit (if the same product isn't in stock for an exchange) if the product is damaged when opening.

Because she has all that cake, the body can't support it Bayley's gimmick went from being a hugger to a baker. unlucky for OP. i think a little glue or epoxy would fix that up.

I had a BCA Shawn Michaels whose head fell off in 1998. The peg inside the head snapped clean off. I super glued it the two ends of the stem together and it held in place for 15 years until it was donated to Goodwill and out of my sight. (And yeah I lowkey regret not keeping my BCAs, but I’m trying not to become a hoarder.)
I have the Lost Legends Jericho and his boot swivel cut was loose as hell, so I put a dab of gorilla glue in there, wiped up anything more than a few molecules worth and it is still holding fast 10 years or whatever later.
So either a drop of super glue or gorilla glue should do the trick. I use a toothpick to dab a small amount of glue and then use another toothpick to wipe up any excess that gets squeezed outside the seal I’m making. Just know that gorilla glue can smudge paint applications. I don’t know if super glue does, but I assume it probably does.
