Trying to figure out if this head/face are unique to this figure or were used elsewhere.

Pretty sure it the defining moments WrestleMania 3 head That's was the only one I thought it could be, but still looked different enough for me to think it wasn't lol. I ended up buying it will post a comparison pic over the next few days.

It’s the first Mattel Hulk Hogan figure, Defining Moments. You can tell because he has the slots in his hair for the head band. It just looks a little different because the Real Scan spray-on face that the original didn’t have.

That's actually a pretty good head scan right there, especially since the original Defining Moments one came before FX scans were introduced. Wouldn't mind seeing it be re-used in some future Hogans if they're gonna be releasing a million versions of him anyways

claudemoore4 Here's the comparison pic, as promised. I like them both tbqh. I like that they fixed the color of his mustache to match the color of the hair on his head. Not sure why so many Mattel Hogans have had this issue, especially the Ultimate Series 13 one. Defining Moments on the left. Championship Showdown on the right.

Wasn’t the Defining Moments one the pink skintone Hogan?

Yeah there's no DM Hogan head in that picture The pic I posted? The DM one is on the left. It's the same sculpt, but not the actual DM Hogan head. This is the DM head, check the skintone, colour of the moustache, lack of True FX details....
