If I remember correctly the scale was off on the first Perfect release and I don’t love the removable top on the recent one. If you could only pick up one, what’s the best elite version of Mr. Perfect?

Retrofest is honestly the only passable one
It’s just not one of his trademark attires

None are perfect. I just have the Heenan family one.

Hope he gets a u.e that fixes all of the previous issues.
Gives him the right height. The right size torso and arms/legs
Decent tan And a few good sculpts
I would be annoyed if he came with cloth singlets

I was actually just thinking about this the other day. One of Mattel's rare "misses" in the line cause his scaling is so off. I hope they completely re-do his body mold someday to make the proportions right. Weirdly enough I think the unreleased R3 figure is actually the one that got his proportions best (thicker chest and legs, not too tall)

There is no perfect Perfect. Old figures have bad scale/sub-par sculpts, retrofest has terrible sculpt, new one has stupid rubber singlet.
Get the head from the new one and put it on Retrofest maybe?

The orange singlet one from the Heenan family 4-Pack would be the one I would get if I could only get one. He’s shorter than the others plus the larger arms make him look less scrawny. Here’s a old pic I took to show the scaling back when it came out. Here’s how I would rank them based off scale and attires - Heenan Family 4-Pack - Legends Series 20 - Legends series 3 - RetroFest -

I have all Perfects but the best is 100% the Retrofest one. Best headscan!

Would love to see some WCW Hennigs - NWO & Texas Redneck in particular.
Plus an Ultimate in the Legends line.

Tbh I haven’t been impressed with any of the Mr. Perfect figs. The latest legends Perfect has the best headsculpt yet, but not a fan of the body/tank top at all.

For whatever reason, I like the Basic Mr. Perfect the best. Of them all I think it just looks the best. I'm not even sure why.

I wish Mr Perfect had an LJN so we could get him in the Coliseum Collection. Maybe he’ll get an UE through the Target exclusive line!

It's actually really perplexing to me that someone who should be as simple to make as Mr. Perfect, they haven't gotten right yet. There isn't a ton of deco to deal with, first of all, You don't have to deal with stuff like Bret's hair-in-the-face that supposedly the reason we never get a good Bret sculpt, His body type isn't insanely difficult, even if you did custom mold the torso, you could use it for every single subsequent Perfect, and really, all around, these should be easy as pie figures to make.
So why haven't they gotten it right yet???

I still say they should’ve made Target Legends Perfect a chase. Lose the awful dust-magnet rubber top and make one version Mr Perfect and one version NWO Kurt Hennig with the only difference being different colored singlet and NWO Kurt having no writing on the boots. It worked perfectly for Lex Luger. We got a classic WCW Luger and Wolfpac Luger.

Mr Perfect’s Mattel figures are really quite skinny - it’s strange as to why. I think Randy Orton has the same problem. They’re much bigger than their figures make them look.
