Current NXT just does not fit this need. Lots of young signees who have a lot farther to go in terms of name establishment and a need for merchandise. Women figures do not sell that well and lots of the current recognizable NXT talent come from that side of the roster.
There is a niche demand for NXT figures but right now they are doing steady pace with 1 NXT guy in every 1-2 Elite lines.

I think they could do an NXT line, with a mix of NXT era versions of guys who are now on the main roster as well as current talent, maybe even updated guys like Kross and AOP but just put them under the NXT banner anyway, I donβt think they will though. The majority of the current era NXT talent weβve gotten are after theyβve won the NXT championship or been called up, if DβAngelo turns out to be correct heβs an outlier.

With the current state of NXT, I agree that 1 figure every 1-2 regular elite waves is enough.

What Hard to Kill said. Maybe that changes when they move to the CW if they find a bigger audience. But right now the execution has been perfect and the store exclusive lines are the strongest they've been in ages.

Nah.
They made a basic top dollar who doesn't deserve a figure at all for him to blame his diabetes on his botches. I'll never forget that looking for sympathy for his lack of talent.
2 time 2 time future endeavored.
Guy didn't belong period.

No. Current NXT is no match for 2015-2018 NXT when it had the hottest indie talent. And they still wasted figure slots on NXT Rollins and Reigns and No Way Jose.

Wolf Dogs!. Oh waitβ¦thatβs about all I would want from the current NXT and they could just be in the regular elite line. So no they donβt need to revive the NXT line. Just add an NXT star to the regular lines every so often.

The Takeover line failed to take off when NXT was at its peak. Definitely doesnβt have the following or star power today to justify trying it again. I think their current strategy with that roster is the way to go.

I would love one, I think NXT's the best weekly show WWE puts on, but the established talent just isn't there to support a full line. As long as Mattel checks off roster names pretty consistently in the Elite mainline, I'm happy.

Blake and Murphy never getting figs in any line despite holding the tag titles for over 8 months and elevating the division in the process is one of the biggest omissions.

It's a catch 22, the demand for the NXT looks of the current crop of NXT talent won't be big until they make their names on the main roster, but I think once they do the demand for them will be greater than it was during B&G.
