I going with his heel run
His promos were great
Jive Soul Bro was the greatest video ever made, hands down.
His interactions with Mene Gene are classic
The whole Akeem segment is still one of the greatest segments with him
I would have liked him to manage Rick Martel longer than it played out

Heel by a mile, he was fun as hell and I loved his music.
He never worked as a face for me at all. Come to think of it, not many face managers have ever appealed to me.

Rev Slick was a waste of his talents, they didn’t even bring Brother Love back to feud with him and Kamala.

Of course heel Slick was better.
But the baby face turn Slick in late 1992 was more so who Ken Johnson was as a person since he was a real life reverend.
Also, Slick's dad was wrestling legend Rufus R. Jones from the Mid Atlantic area.

Slick was a lot more involved when he was a heel manager, so that's an easy choice. However, I still liked when he convinced Kamala of his humanity, helped him turn babyface, then taught him how to bowl.
