Need some info on a Hell in a Cell playset.

There are some "Basic" HIAC playsets that look like this:

I'd value this one around 150$ if it's 95%+ complete.
Then Jakks released a Real Scale Ring HIAC which looks like this and is huge:

I'd value this one probably around 600$+, with a bit of patience probably around 800$.

the Cell Real scale did come with a ring and ring mats I have the ring mats sadly I had to sell that beauty and now its way too much hoping a new Hell in the Cell playset real scale comes out.
