In your opinion which is the better figure have to go with Mattel. Only for the fact that I don't have an AEW Malakai. I never found his unmatched one and not paying 60 bucks for a $20 figure. Also the Supreme looks good but I think they only made about 15 of them. So Mattel wins by default. Lol

Jazwares has a better looking torso, but that’s all I feel the Jazwares figure is superior in for Black.

I'm lucky enough to have the Supreme and it really is fantastic. The extra heads, robes etc are great, so it is tough to compare to a regular Elite.
That being said, I always thought the Mattel ones are just too small, torso wise. An Ultimate would have been a lot of fun. Maybe in the future.

Mattel had all their Al's fitted with the Cruiserweight torso. While it did fit his numerical weight, it failed to capture his grandiose presence. I only have one Jazzy Mal in box but I know they scale a bit bigger for the smaller guys, and that is exactly what he needed.

Mattel will always win the overall, they just have the best aesthetic when it comes to wrestling figures period, past or present. For jazwares, they do seem to have better paint/tattoo apps.
Their supreme punk is probably their best figure ever produced. It comes with a coat and shirt so you can hide the body pretty well.

The Black Supreme is great. I felt like the torso used on Mattel's elite Black figures was too small (which has been that case for other figures using that torso).

The Unmatched is really cool. I lovehis mask. His tattoos are kind of wonky because they do not line up well.

I love Jazwares for the bodies and the entrance gear but Mattel nailed the headsculpt.

The Unmatched figure has the better body and skintone. Mattel’s face sculpt looks more like Black than any of the Malakai heads.

(This is the Mattel board, guess which is more popular here). That said, the Supreme is leaps and bounds above anything Mattel has done for Mr. Black

I like the Mattel but he seems a bit short, not a fan of the face sculpts from jazzwares, somehow the jazzwares one goes for big money
