So, besides late 80's/early 90's WWF, my other big want is WCW (mostly mid-90's). We have some available and some announced, but not near as many as I'd really like to see. I'll list what I know of across all companies, chime in if there's anything announced that I missed, and what other names you'd like to see.
Made/announced: NWO Macho NWO Hogan NWO Syxx NWO Nash NWO Hall Flair DDP Eddie Guerero Raven Sabu (yes I know he was only there a few weeks) Roadblock Larry Zybysco Crow Sting Wolfpac Sting Bulldog Buff Bagwell
What I'd like: Benoit (Horsement, and yeah, I know it'll never happen) Pillman (horsemen) Mongo McMichael Harlem Heat Steiners Faces of Fear Surfer Sting Red and Yellow Hogan Jim Duggan Renegade Johnny B. Badd Shark Zodiac Taskmaster Giant Big Bubba/The Boss/Gaurdian Angel Rick Rude Nasty Boys Blue Bloods Hall and Nash in ring gear no/t-shirt Syxx in ring gear/no-t shirt Rey Mysterio Jr. Dean Malenko Alex Wright Ultimo Dragon (was this announced by a company? thought maybe but can't remember) Arn Anderson Bret Hart Bulldog (1998) Anvil Goldberg Curt Hennig Road Warriors (blue attire) Jeff Jarrett in white nipple cage Chris Jericho Vader Lex Luger Macho Man in colorful gear 95/96 era

Retro WCW figures should be Toy Biz style nah, Hasbro/Retro style is the way to go for WCW figures IMO - ToyBiz were a great line, but there's probably a much more active (at this point at least) market for Retro style figures than ToyBiz ones

I agree with the sentiment and the wrestlers requested. But, would we need new versions of Jim Duggan and the Nasty Boys? Their attires didn’t change much between WWE and WCW, right? Unless for the Nasty Boys, much like the Steiners, you’d just want a different attire color?

WCW guys should be who these companies are focusing on, within reason, and once the missing Hasbro guys are fulfilled. Endless managers, valets and podcasters just aren't cutting it. WCW guys in the Hasbro style are obviously the only real estate out there besides missing Hasbro era and New Gen era names. WCW ran alongside the Hasbro era, so seeing some of those names in the Hasbro style, provided they're available, has got to be more in demand than the majority of random-ass names we're getting.

Similar timeline for me - expect I was into both WWF and WCW through early 90’s and fell out of love with wrestling by ‘95, in favour of football & basketball…well, and drink, drugs and chasin’ tail 😂). So for me, I’d like to see WCW representation from 91-94….when I started making customs of guys from this era I ended up staring at a rabbit hole of wrestlecrap gold….but then Vam Hammer is a guilty pleasure of mine 😂, so I enjoyed making him with a head banging action and a missile firing guitar!

Well in my psycho mind, I need a seperate cabinet of just WCW guys, and yeah, I'd like Nastys in orange or blue or whatever color shirt. And Duggan in a different body type, think the clothesline mech would work nice, and update his boots and knee pads to how he looked in WCW.

THIS, sorry, but I don't need a Diana Hart, Bruce Lee, or other movie actors in Hasbro form. Unless making a Diana figure was a caviot or something to having the rights to make Bulldog? So maybe that's why it's happening? Also don't really see the wide appeal of all these indy guys, Gage etc. And even ECW I don't quite understand the love since they were pretty regional, I even grew up an hour from Philly and was really into it at the time, but looking back now I just think it was crap and have no nostalgia for it. Same with Mattel with the early 80's guys etc, and even the attitude era stuff, I do see the wide appeal for attitude era though, so I can't blame them too much on that though. I think WCW is a huge untaped resource for all these companies and I hope they start thinking more about them.

Fair enough. 😊 As long as I can get Harlem Heat, Glacier, Mortis, and some nWo stooges, I’m fine with multiples of the Steiners, Nasty Boys, and Duggan. Pleasure doing business with you..

Tbh I think the Nasties and the Steiners are two teams that could get away with new versions, attires/poses etc, both had pretty colourful outfits.

I wouldn't mind some WCW Hasbro's. Probably not from the late 90s, but from the early 90s, pretty much the same years as the WWF Hasbro's (1990-1994): Sting, Flair, Rude, Steamboat, Austin, Muta, Windham, Dustin, Road Warriors, Midnight Express, Steiners, Nasty Boys, Doom, Ron Simmons, Vader, Cactus Jack, Pretty Wonderful, Davey Boy Smith, Regal, Eaton, Terrance Taylor, Greg Valentine, Jake the Snake, Williams and Gordy, Bagwell, Patriot, Harlem Heat, Sid, Douglas, etc.
I also wouldn't mind a JCP era, not the whole roster, just the main guys: Flair, Arn, Tully, Ole, Dusty, Windham, Sting, Luger, Road Warriors, Doom, Midnight Express, Rock & Roll Express, Garvin, McDaniel, Magnum TA, the Russians, Powers of Pain, Big Bubba, etc.

Am I mis remembering, or had one of these companies announced Buff Bagwell and Scott Norton? Was it Chella back before they were split off? Or maybe it was Rush? Kinda hope not the later.

Do you think CWF will ever be able to get the Alex Wright figure out? no, as CWF wound up a while back (he was trying to sell it, but there's a whole saga around what exactly he was selling and what someone would be able to make if they had bought it)
from the sounds of things, there's a number of logical reasons why no-one picked it up, but I think that was the nail in the coffin for the CWF announced talent getting figures for quite some time, as some were exclusive deals that only CWF could use
