Of course my Ultimate MNW Mankind and Eddie shipped today after spending $50 on Mankind last week and Eddie a few weeks ago. And it wasn’t due to lack of patience. It’s simply because I don’t trust Walmart whatsoever to actually fulfill these orders, and I figured if I didn’t order them the price would only go up.

how did you get your wcw display btw? ive always meant to ask. i want to make a similar display, but on a smaller scale They are just computer print-outs, which I then laminated. So they are basically just plastic backdrops. This particular setup has three pieces to add a bit of depth. Same for the floor, just it's a print-out of a diamond-plate pattern, printed & laminated. I'd much rather be using a Mattel full Nitro Stage, but hey..... we didn't get that. The magic of photography! Thats amazing, it’s exactly what I need to make as well. |

Thinking about this earlier today. Ever since at least Harley Race Flashback, but maybe before that, wrestling figures should not be this hard to acquire, unless they are a chase piece or limited edition. General releases even if they are store exclusive should be easy to find.

My issue is at this point, I’ve pre ordered a Monday night war figure, I better get it, because they are being sold all over the US at Walmarts early. Come January if I don’t get it Walmart is gonna get a an a talking to.

General releases even if they are store exclusive should be easy to find. i hate to keep bringing it up but every target i go into typically has pegs stocked full of their brand exclusives. i also collect the aew jazwares figures and star wars black series. 99% of the time when i go to any target with the purpose of looking for the "target exclusive xxxxxx figure" i find it unless its a chase--which also in my experience target restocks fairly frequently and you can get one if you go back a few days in a row. |

I think my Eddie shipped!!! I can’t remember what email I used to purchase him, but I see a $35ish charge. I’m not sure how to feel… my collection has been stored in a closet for like two months.

I work in the produce section of my Walmart, but I've got the ability to scan and check prices and all of that good stuff. I decided today to scan the fake diesel figure that has been hanging on the peg for 3 months now to see what/when these were expected to be restocked. According to the data, there were supposed to be 10 on the shelf (only 2, diesel and a series 3 Rock) with zero in the back room. My guess is the other 8 have been stolen? Anyways, these are expected to be restocked on Dec 2nd at my store and I was also able to request an order so I ordered another case. We will see what shows up.

Found series 5 locally in Baton Rouge, LA. It feels like the completely skipped Series 4 in my area. Just glad to have most of them at this point but I need that DDP and Hennig badly.

I hope you find your figures. It’s annoying to not have access to these figures, but also wasting gas and time looking for them if you have Walmarts. I have yet to bother buying elite jeans DDP due to the QC issues that Mattel should address… Edit: I noticed another qc issue with my Eddie, one head looks slightly off skintone wise. This is incredibly annoying. |

watched Kyle Petersons review of the MNW Warrior...hes got the giraffe neck real bad. Easy fix but dammit you shouldnt have to Mattel.

I think what's happening with all the long necks, when these are getting assembled certain ones are using the incorrect peg. I imagine they have a basket of neck pegs, and got different ones mingled in the container, they are just grabbing and on to the next.
I'm assuming since all the heads are molded from a template, the hole itself isn't the issue.

My Mankind preorder finally came in yesterday, was shipped in a box and i'm very happy with it. I kinda like the cloth goods because his shirt was all ripped up in that match. Saw one on the shelf as well, for anyone in NJ

I wanted to pick up the MNW Shawn Michaels as it was on sale earlier, but the European title belt just looks awful - what is with the blank red field? why not just do a WW logo, given they can't use the classic F? also, some have blank spaces in the centre where the globe should be painted
it just seems like a poorly made belt all round IMO

Finally found Eddie and Mankind last night, along with the Cody ultimate too. I had seen the two once before a couple months ago when they were first released but figured I'd pass and get them later, but didn't see them ever again, so I quickly grabbed them this time. I can also finally finish the Disciple at least. I've been trying to find Booker, and yesterday I went to a wrestling convention, and one of the vendors had Booker thankfully. Only problem was it's chase Booker and I had normal Stevie Ray, but at this point, I'm not splitting hairs. Now I just need to find HBK to finish Vincent, Boss Man, DDP and Austin for Commissioner Michaels and the whole Dusty wave. Unfortunately I don't have much faith considering my Walmart has only had the damn Rock three pack for WWE figures for about a month now.

I hope we see some more Mysterios. We could use the black, white and orange half mask attire, red yellow and black… I’d also like that yellow attire with the blue and white rereleased as an elite with the half mask.
