All these figure problems with monday night wars, loose joints, wrong boxes, wrong heads, wrong bodies, makes me wonder is walmart trying to off these knowing there is an issue, or is it truly a mess up walmart just shipping figures out. Were they returns, extra sitting in the back? My son has an Eddie guerrero mnw elite that the paint is messed up on the leg. It was fresh on the shelf so that came directly from the mattel. Anyway haven't seen MNW in my area for about 3 weeks now.

While a joke to most people, this was the most invested in WCW I ever was! I never thought I would see the Warrior wrestle again, let alone in WCW so when he showed up in the later half of 98 it was awesome. Yes, it is so easy to look back and say that it was garbage, but at the time I was completely invested 100 percent. I’m with you. I didn’t start watching wrestling until late 1997, but WWF’s marketing was so strong in the early 90s that I knew who Ultimate Warrior was even if I never saw a wrestling match. So when he appeared in WCW and I finally got to see him for real on TV, my head exploded and I died. However, even as a 13-year old ghost, which I was at the time, that mirror thing made no sense to me. If Hogan, the commentators, and I could see Warrior in the mirror, why didn’t Bischoff? People wanna downplay Warrior’s significance in the world of wrestling because the damage the Self Destruction DVD caused to his legacy. But make no mistake that he was as over as anyone in the history of the business. Him showing up in WCW was a huge deal. Yeah his run there was very lackluster but that’s on WCW for not figuring out the best way to utilize him. |

Warrior at Wrestlemania 6 was one of the most epic battles we'd ever seen to that point, and Jack Tunney historically said "There will be NO REMATCH." Hogan VS. Warrior was seared into our brains as a Legendary one-time magical moment. So to see Warrior appear on Nitro and challenge Hollywood Hogan was something we never thought we'd see and it was incredible. Warrior's Nitro debut was one of Nitro's greatest moments and I'm super excited to get this Monday Night Wars Warrior figure! Just too bad that the Halloween Havoc match was a dud, and fell way short of expectations. While it was surreal to see Warrior/Hogan share a ring again, it lacked the magic of Wrestlemania (and I suspect Pat Patterson's booking). The match just wasn't any good. For my money? I was secretly hoping they would book Warrior VS. Goldberg - - - I'm sure the match would have been terrible, but if booked properly, it could have been another really cool moment.... |

Wow those online orders actually came through! Boxes look like garbage but I collect loose anyway. Why can't it always be this easy?  If you need any of these BAF parts: commissioner Michaels head, Disciple torso/vest or Disciple arms/hands, I've got an extra of each piece. |

How have they not made Madusa throwing away the WWF Women’s belt yet? It’s a moment they always show when recapping the war. I am not sure if she is still under contract. She has a figure coming from PowerTown. If so, that is a sure thing. That said, they also need to get Mongo under a deal too. Announcer and Wrestler figures would be excellent. I would think that having Eric Bischoff in the lineup soon would be a no-brainer too. |

Theres been multiple examples of people they’ve released or announced appearing in other lines. Plus she has a Mattel retro figure coming out or recently came out. |

I realize that Meijers are regional and it wouldn't make sense to do it this way, but man, what I wouldn't give for MNW to be exclusive to them instead of Walmart. They always seem to stock stuff, and I'm sure if you gave them their own line, they'd be more attentive to it. It was the only place I saw Terry Gordy at. I remember getting that amazing TTL5 Ministry Undertaker figure there way back in the day, too.

I managed to get an order in for delivery. Says it'll be here by Saturday. Guess we'll see. I don't know which is the chase, but I don't have a preference here. Just glad to get another DDP. If it doesn't work out? Eh, I save $20 + shipping, and I can either keep looking, and I still have the Legends one.  |
