I did a torso crack yesterday and it was pretty smooth but there are some gaps on the seams once put together. Can someone tell me how to fill these gaps to make it look smooth and as complete as possible? Is there a material to put in there?

I think I'm going to try elmer's glue. It dries clear, it's easy to work with, won't damage any parts. You can also paint the seam after the glue dries with Citadel Kislev Flesh paint. It matches the torso color really well. You really just need some type of filler for the seam.

Yeah, Elmer's glue works great for filling in seams. You might have to add another layer or two after the first one settles and dries, but otherwise, it does the job.

just clip all the pegs off and always clean the seams as well off the old glue, then glue the torsos together with clamp holders too.
If you have stressed the torso to much it just won't be the same again, it should be 2 single cracks (one on each side) sometimes you can warp the halves back a bit after soaking them in boiling water.
new torsos are a breeze, older ones were put together tough!
