Has anyone ordered DIRECTLY from Rush and got their figure? I hear through the grapevine that he’s run out of refund money and has also not had enough of the Uk variants made to fulfil orders which is why a lot of the UK customers are still waiting for their figures including the “Bam Bam Jonah” which I don’t think anyone over here has yet (when not ordering from the USA) I was under the impression he wasn't offering refunds. Haven't heard of anyone successfully getting refunded. He just keeps saying he'll be shipping them very soon. Same song and dance over and over |

The Bam Bam Jonah, not the Uk one |

Wouldn't be surprised if he pumped all the money back into whatever else he's at and can't afford to ship anything

You can do the 3POA, exclusive with the Major Pod, or go watch his live videos. Any time Rush is brought up, it’s “Sal is one of my best, closest friends.” Mitch is that way with a number of people. Had you heard or watched those things, you would have understood the joke about asking Mitch. |

I contacted mine and explained the situation. Even though it's well past the dispute time they said they would review the case so hopefully I'll get refunded. Other than that we are all screwed out of our money because it's clear at this point these orders aren't gonna be fulfilled. Really hope this bites him in the ass going forward. Guy is a complete clown and has no clue how to run a business |

I really hope everyone who is in this situation reports it as fraud, and that VintageFigs1 urges listeners to do it. This guy has to face some accountability for screwing over fans who actually tried to support his figure line. It's revolting. |

If people are really having these problems and it equates to fraudulent activity (i really dont know the legality when it comes to indy fig makers) but contacting the better business bureau might be the proper route as well. Every paper trail will help in the long run
