Has anyone ordered DIRECTLY from Rush and got their figure? Sadly, no. I think most people that ask for their figures are told “they’ll ship Friday”. But, no tracking info or anything as of yet. |

Nope. Been asking for weeks! He only replied once two weeks ago and said I'd have it soon buy still nothing. Claimed he's been mailing 80 orders a week but I've yet to hear anyone confirm receiving any directly from him

customers paid in good faith, received shite figures that are not worth $5 let alone the prices he was charging with shipping, and now he's promoting his new line which is just gonna be another scam
Sal had over a year to produce quality figures, and failed. his next line has all of these prototypes yet he's still not managed to produce the actual final figures people will receive. why? what's prevented him from getting the actual production figures underway? it's not like he spent any money on his first figures, so where did the cash go?

Straight into his pocket i guess. The question now is what do we do about this? He's basically "stolen" all this money from people. There has to be some kind of legal action we can take at this point? |

I have not. August 3 he responded to my dm saying some were going out the next day. August 17 no response. August 31 no response.

What happened to the person who said they were going to call the Better Business Bureau? There are ways to report this guy; I can't believe he knows people are thinking of reporting him, that he has lost so many customers, and he is still out there not shipping orders, not responding, and marketing new figures. As was said above, this is all the behavior of a scam artist. I hope VintageFigs1 can use the platform they have to get accountability for all the people Rush has wronged. |

It's free -- you don't need a lawyer. You just have to do it in his jurisdiction (where he operates from and ships from)

He conveniently posted a shipping update last night saying orders have been shipping and will continue to do so. I'll believe it when someone confirms getting their order directly from him

Has it actually been as long as the Chella debacle yet? That seemed to take forever. I got my figures months after cancelling the order which I'd placed many months before.

I hear through the grapevine that he’s run out of refund money and has also not had enough of the Uk variants made to fulfil orders which is why a lot of the UK customers are still waiting for their figures including the “Bam Bam Jonah” which I don’t think anyone over here has yet (when not ordering from the USA) |
