Does anyone find them harder to get to stand than Mattel, like recently I bought the Ricky Starks and had to spend more time than I'd like adjusting him for standing.

But I deal with getting McFarlane’s DC figures to stand daily. Although I do not know of any Ricky Stamps in AEW. It sounds like you purchased one of those no name generic dollar store brand wrestlers.

The DC's are bad...But the My Hero Academia figures are absolute dog water. Had to resort to museum putty. OP, museum putty really does help. Here's what I use: www.amazon.com/Ready-America-33111-Museum-Clear/dp/B0002V37XYI never have to deal with figure dominos after adding this.

I just have the DC’s and they just can’t stand in a standard vanilla stance. One knee needs to be slightly bent while the foot needs to be at a different angle. The last wave or two once he switch the ankles from the balls to part of the sculpt they’ve been better. But for the longest time trying to get them to stand just for the four sides of the figure pics I post it could be 15 minutes to get them to stand. But once I get them balanced to stand they haven’t fallen since the series 1 Superman took a dive. For the figures on my shelves I use the bases on the figures in the front row. But the rest of the figures are just standing without the bases.

The only one that seems to give me trouble is Adam Cole.

Ive never had issues in general with figures standing, but over the last year i re did my displays and thought id switch to figure stands for some of the ways i was displaying figures now. Ive had more aew figures fall with stands than i have ever dealt with in my 30+ year of collecting lol. I still cant figure out why they continue to fall over with stands!?

The early ones with loose ankles yeah, but I put mouth guard bands in their ankles to fix it

I’ve got a Moxley with loose feet and he used to fall over regularly until I rigged him to stay put
Anna Jay wants to lean forward I’ve noticed but all her joints are tight so I’m not sure what’s going on there
All the others stand just fine

Never had an issue with AEW figures standing. However, that gi joe classified Baroness with coil is a different story. Only figure I have ever had to put on a stand. Her boot mold is trash. Thought about grabbing the retro and trashing this one but would probably just be the same issue. Lol

My Hangman Adam Page is basically spaghetti at this point.

I can't get my Nyla Rose to remain upright to save her life and I have her on a RSC stand. She just won't stay up.
Series 1 Kenny is the same way, I eventually gave up on him.
Most of the rest of them work fine with the Ringside stands, and strangely enough, I have my Jurassic Express figures posed with Jungle Boy on Luchasaurus' shoulders, held upright by a single kaiser doll stand, and the only time they fall over is when I misjudge the doorway and crash into my shelf *again*. No idea how that works but those two are remarkably well balanced.

The 2nd Hangman is total rubber. He actually looks like he's hammered because he's so wobbly at practically every joint. The Blood n Guts Dustin Rhodes and Christian Cage have never been able to stand up on those weak ankles. That said, I own every non-chase and those are the only 3 I have issues with.
