Lmao This circus show continues 😅 and to think they want to build a show around one of these clowns. And this is coming from a huge fan of CM punk back in the day. Only reason I care for Him around now is eventually figures - that’s it. At this point, considering the locker room already runs the place I don’t see why they don’t jus work to get him out of there. I was telling Back to the Codyverse just the other day, I hope they hurry up and pump out those Punk figs. ASAP.

Another huge ppv ends with weird controversy surrounding BM Phil. I still agree with him about the glass, but there’s a reason people don’t like the prick. People aren’t just being a-holes to him because they’re a-holes. There’s a reason Hangman didn’t like him, there’s a reason that this Jack Perry thing turned violent. He may be right, but if you’re a dick about it you’ll have to expect pushback unless you’re some type of narcissist….oh wait, that I almost forgot who we were talking about here. Jack was being petty, but I don’t think he’d have sent that very public message (that admittedly made me laugh) if Phil had approached him respectfully and non-condescendingly. Either way, the person to blame is Tony Khan. He has no business making any decisions. He’s a money mark. AEW needs a GOOD booker to write the storylines and a Bill Watts type in the back to keep everyone in line. Here we are again after a big show talking about drama surrounding Cancer Man Punk. Cole and MJF is arguably the hottest thing in wrestling right now. It was smart to keep it going, especially since the Bloodline story is really starting to run out of steam from a booking perspective. Too bad the ending was kind of underwhelming, but it’s certainly not the worst way that an AEW ppv ended. I'm curious as to what would have happened if it was Jon Moxley on Saturday night who said he wanted to get slammed into poison tipped thumb tacks and then thrown through a glass lid into a tank full of starved piranhas? Would CM Punk have told a guy like Moxley, no? I don't mean because Mox would kick his ass, I mean because he would tell CM Punk to fek off and do whatever he wants. If Andrade wanted to use some glass would CM Punk approach him and say, "no, we don't do that on Saturdays?" I doubt it. I think that's where CM Punk comes across as an ass here. I think he picks and chooses his battles. Jack Perry's "cry me a river" line during the match was completely idiotic. Just shut up and wrestle. He's 6 inches from the camera during a match and instead of saying something to get heat from the average fan he starts to talking to the dirt sheet fans. He's got Hook down and out. Point at him, look at the camera and say, "he's a b**ch just like his dad." It would have been "shocking." It would have upset Taz on commentary and forced a reply out of him. It could have added to the match. But no. We have another childish wrestler who chooses to go rogue on live tv and air their grievance. Someone is going to force Tony's hand at some point.

I think it's funny anyone blames TK. He's one guy, in charge of 50+ grown adults. Just like with many, many, many NFL coaches ... you can only tell grown men so much (especially college coaches who come to the NFL). How do you expect TK to clean this up? Yell? Send them to their rooms? These aren't elementary school kids. They're not going to fear him ... at all. It's up for the wrestlers to decide how to handle issues, and in the case of Perry, the Bucks, Omega, and always Punk ... they choose to act like kids.

If they're broken, you're fired. That's generally how it works. They don't have to fear Tony Khan, they have to admire the money, light schedule and creative flexibility he gives them. If you don't want that, go grind it out somewhere else.

You can't fire someone over a fight.

Guys in AEW aren't unionized or backed by multi billion corporations who pull the strings. This is all Tony. He might have to explain it to some TV execs, but if he wants you gone, you're gone. And if you want to sue him he can more than easily cover the legal fees.

Man put Jungleboy in a chokehold while still wearing a replica belt with an X spray painted on it. He’s a legend. I don’t care.

If this was the Attitude Era, Vince would definitely do a parody of this on RAW tonight. Or at least reference it in some backhanded way.

I definitely don't respect Punk like at all but you gotta give it to him,he had about his best match in AEW after all that lol. He must knew that anniversary was right around the corner and didn't want anyone to forget. One good thing gonna come from this I won't have to sit through many more Miro segments on Saturdays
