Figured I’d finally get around to posting my (mainly Muta) Charapro collection New to collecting these but I’ve had my eyes on a few for a while so I was over the moon to pick them up The figure that started it all, Darth Vader entrance attire Muta CZW John Zandig and Jun Kasai, two figures I’d never expect to own being a UK collecter let alone in pretty mint MOC condition The absolute grail of my collection Signed clear red and black Muta And my most recent pick up combining my love of streetwear and Japanese wrestling, Bape Keiji Mutoh and Kikutaro Cheers for looking! Hope my phone hasn’t made this images huge haha

Those are awesome! Vader muta is such a good looking figure. Appreciate it mate! Defo one of my favourites, the helmet actually comes off but it won’t ever be coming off haha This one arrived this morning, posing on cards a bit awkward but a class figure nonetheless

Excellent figures. The Darth Muta kneeling figure, to quote reviewers in the past ...is a work of art.
As Muta's career continued, so too did his elaborate entrance attires. If I were to recommend a signed Muta figure, I would recommend the HAO Collection Mech Muta figures. Both of which came with an autographed trading card that Mutoh signed in Green, Gold and Black Ink. Both of which, if I remember correctly, were part of a series of online exclusives long before Ringside Collectibles became well known.

I picked up a couple Muta figs while in Japan in 2019. Had no idea there so many awesome variations. This thread has made me really itchy.

I just bought a few Mutas, Darth Vader included. Definitely one of the best looking figures out of the entire Charapro line!

I miss figures like the charapro. I have a few of them. I always enjoyed statue like figures. Mcfarlane sports picks and the Jakks fatal 4 way figures I was a big fan of growing up.
I wonder if there wouls even be a market for this style of figure in today's world

I wonder if there wouls even be a market for this style of figure in today's world I feel the style is still a niche market. We also had the Unmatched Fury line, and the LJN-styled figures; all of which were in a fixed pose. From my perspective, it seems most collectors want figures they can display loosely, and be able to pose as they see fit. Fully-articulated figures that cater to both collectors and kids. This is why Storm Collectible's NJPW figures look closer to figures made by Mattel or Jakks.
