With Regal going back to WWE do you think we’ll get his BCC figure that was announced for unmatched series 10?

It's hard to say. We got the Supreme Cody and Unmatched 4 Cody long after Cody Rhodes left AEW, but those weren't as far down the line as Unmatched 10.

It's so far out it's tough to say. But if he's going back to WWE, it might be in a backstage capacity, so maybe that wouldn't interfere with the figure?

Unmatched 10 is far enough out I’d say zero chance. At this rate we’ll prob see that set August or September 2023 realistically

Here's what I don't get, why wouldn't this figure come out?
When someone signs a contract, aren't they selling their appearance for merchandising for the entirety of the contract? By now, since merchandising has been big money for wrestling for so long, I'd assume there would be language that protects AEW, Jazwares or any other merchandising partners to proceed with items that were in-production when a signed-talent had an active contract. If AEW and a signed-talent ended a contract early, I'd think that most merchandise that was in production is still OK to move forward. In this case, Jazwares should want to keep making this figure because they invested time & resources into the production, and Regal left in a way where AEW fans would probably want to pay for a figure of him.
From a signed-talent's point of view, wouldn't they want as much merchandise to be out there for as long as possible so they keep getting income?
If anything, with Regal leaving, there may be more demand for this figure because, it's the only Jazware figure that can be made. Mattel might make one once they have the ability to, but right now Jazwares is somewhere in the production of one.

Seems unlikely, given how far out that figure is. I think the lineups we get are going to be very different from a lot of what was teased.

As of right now, still happening.
But things could change literally tomorrow with a phone call. Not me covering my own ass, just telling you the way it goes. As of now, still plugged in for a spot.

That’s pretty far out right? I’d guess no.
