Does anyone know how to fix this? I got a Hogan Hasbro but the right arm is loose, I have zero idea on how to fix this. Can anyone help?

Which Hogan is it? Some of them, like Hogan #4 with the Jake the Snake punch, always seem to have loose arms because of the action feature.
If it bothers you that much, I'd probably just hunt down an upgrade.

One good tip I saw somewhere years ago was to get a thread from a sewing kit and slide one end between the arm and the body, and then wrap the thread around the joint, tucking it inside the joint so it isn't visible - that should add extra support to the arm and allow you to pose it.
Probably doesn't work with all arms, but might be worth trying if you think that might work for your figure.

I usually use those small see through rubber bands that come with almost all action figures today. I never throw these away. They are so useful for so many things.
