Around when Alundra Blayze was champion, I think. Much rarer than the other foam belts from 1988 - 1995.

I had a foam women's title in the early 90s. not sure why I had it, and I didn't have it for long because I was really rough with my foam belts and destroyed them quickly. want to say it maybe came from a yard sale
