Saw someone in a couple FB groups post that they got an order from Rush today which was:
1) Shipped in a used Amazon box 2) The box was made by cutting apart and taping together said Amazon box to make it smaller/cheaper to ship. 3) Included the wrong Jonah figure
The customer was then insulted and told no refunds.

Hopefully someone with business acumen/a braincell picks up the extreme line, the names were promising.

I'm glad he pulled the plug on this line and let it die the death it deserved. He put out awful figures and handled the fall out even worse.

Rush have cancelled all wrestling lines including the Extreme figures, the retros and the mini figures Realistically what can be done about the people that didn't receive their orders? I'm one of them. It just doesn't seem possible to me in this day and age that someone can basically steal money from people and have absolutely no recourse on him? If that's the case maybe i should come up with my own fake figure line and make a nice profit lol

Report all of his social media, reach out to people he may know, talk to existing figure influencers to see how they can help. Example: one of them can post a screenshot of your order and ask “Does Rush Still Owe You Figures or a Refund?”

My figure was also in a cut up in pieces and taped up box haha. He said he'd throw in a few mini figs for all the trouble. He did not..

Sal made a video but there isn’t much of anything that wasn’t said earlier. His spin on it he status of Rush is that the market is over saturated so he is pivoting. The only real news is that the mini figures might end up undergoing some kind of change and still be around the the future. He plans to continue trying to do Retro figures but not of wrestlers. Specifically the horror line is still being done and he is going to try and continue to do other licenses he has the rights to. He mentioned something about a license involving “A man with a gun.” Sal had a good analogy that would have been good marketing for his company about 9 months ago: He compared ZST and Epic to X-Box and PlayStation. This would make Rush Nintendo. The graphics aren’t as good but the games are still fun. The only problem with that is Nintendo isn’t really known for being rude to their customers, going silent on them, delivery really bad products, etc. Right now all Rush has produced is the Virtual Boy and the Wii U. If anything I would say he is closer to Atari but that wouldn’t be fair to Atari. Prove everyone wrong, Sal. You make good products, take your time releasing proofread statements, and treat people with respect and you’ll have a much better chance and salvaging things. www.instagram.com/tv/CzWpirWr1ef/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

EVERYONE hated that (I owned a Game.com handheld and several games that I'd picked up on clearance from KB Toys, and I absolutely hated it). Anyway, all of this news is really unfortunate for the people who had ordered from him. I was really hoping that he'd come through for you guys.

I hope that whoever is still waiting on their figures actually gets them, but man this has been a sorry state of a company doing wrestling figures.

Last week I replied to one of their IG stories pushing the pre order for the monsters that I still hadn’t gotten my order. Not long after I got an email saying they shipped and then got a DM back from him with a minute long audio message - I didn’t bother to play it. Figures did show up thou, in a cut up and taped together box, and I don’t even think they are that bad. but anyway…

Glad he finally faced reality and made the right decision -- I just hope he fulfills outstanding orders. The guy obviously has behavior issues -- which is hard when you're running a company that really relies on building grassroots support

his Monsters line isn't even selling - he's pushing Frankenstein as the first figure, so where are the rest? oh, he doesn't have the confidence in his own product to release the full wave at once. shows exactly why people should steer clear and keep their money in their pocket. if/when he finally does produce figures, buy them on the secondary market (or direct from him via eBay) and you'll at least be able to see what his figures look like and handle like before parting with your cash, only to be disappointed years later like we all were

I think this video is EXACTLY what we all thought it would be. Ol' Snake Oil Sal having zero self awareness.
