Creating Joey Janela figure

Im looking to create a joey Janela figure but im kind of lost on what head to use for the figure, i was thinking of using Michael p.s. hayes head removing his hair and using jungle boys hair to replace it. Anyone with any feed back or suggestions on help to create this figure please let me know thanks everyone.
