Was this figure based off a particular attire or was it just a random Jakks throw together? Doubt Taker ever wore white boot covers..

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this was definitely a Jakks creation.
Had it been an RA, would have been sick even though it would have been inaccurate. What we got completely blew, I make no defence for it. It sucked.

What we got was a quick toss out to round out the set and keep the profits higher

It was a mashup. They did show off a figure line I believe was call then an now? It had what would’ve been a perfect purple gloved undertaker
