I need a little bit of help with this... every figure I try to crack is either breaking, getting white lines, cracking but doesn't aline again.... any one could help that would be great

Flat head screw driver under the armpit, gently twist until it comes apart and then do the same above the shoulder, heat with hairdryer to loosen the glue if needs be

I've also found submerging them in boiling water helps loosen them up, too.

Torso cracking is the biggest pain, by far the hardest part of customizing. I find that a pair of needlenose pliers helps.
Also, boiling water helps loosen the glue, but wait for the torso to cool before you start cracking. You're putting a ton of stress on the ABS plastic, and ABS isn't meant to warp. I've permanently warped some torsos while prying them open while they're still hot.
