Favourite Album Of 2021

I was surprised there were no 'favourite X of 2021' threads so I'll make one. I get that were 19 days into 2022 but I don't care because I'm edgy.




I thought Maiden's latest was below average at best. It was such a disappointment compared to their previous Book Of Souls. It took me several listens just to think that it was ok. The production was a let down. Bruce's vocals were so low in the mix that I couldn't understand what he was saying. Once I gave it what felt like the 20th listen through, but this time with synced lyrics on Apple Music, I done a complete 180 on it. Plus samurai Eddie, how awesome.

Does the soundtrack for Of Bird and Cage count? I can't really think of many albums from 2021 that didn't let me down otherwise. There are a lot more albums lined up for this year that I'm more excited for I think.
