That is my most wanted Owen Hart attire, I really hope that they could make this. 2nd would be his SSL94 attire, then his WM10 attire.

That’s because the WWE owns the NWO logo and branding. They don’t own Owens logos (otherwise they’d have pulled down the merch that uses them on PWT)

The one thing this shows is something I’ve said for a long time which is Martha doesn't “hate wrestling” or want to “bury Owens legacy” which had been the narrative from large portions of the wrestling community for a long time. Any time an Owen figure was brought up people said “she hates wrestling” and while she may not personally be a fan, her pride in Owen is unwavering. By all accounts Owen fell into wrestling snd never loved it. For him it was a means to an end and that story is well told.



She just didn’t want wwe to profit from Owen and for so long there were no other options. Even at their peak TNA were always one step from falling off a cliff or hitting the self destruct button - they couldn’t be trusted with being the caretakers of his legacy.

The dark side of the ring, pro wrestling tees and now aew partnerships showed when there was a legitimate viable alternative to celebrate and remember Owen and in dark side of the ring look for accountability Martha took it.

a figure takes like 9 months at least to release

Punk debuted a month before this and only got a lineup announcement

I’d expect a pre order closer to March or April at least

It is not Jakks but it almost is, they prioritize first in line figures, and power them out ASAP. It has been about 1/2 a year. Just thought there might be protos by now since AEW figures are pretty much radio silence lately. Bruh.
