If Boss Fight has the rights, they will probably be in scale with the Lucha Bros. figs, which are slightly smaller in scale compared to Mattel/AEW/NJPW figures.

This is good news for collectors. Although, I am worried price point would be $40 or more. Thats the reason i havent gotten the Matt Cardona, Brian Myers, jushin Liger, Good brothers etc..

While I put absolutely zero trust in literally anything Court Bauer says, it would be really cool if this pans out.
Richard Holiday, Hammerstone, Filthy, and the Von Erichs are all really high on my list.

I cannot see these being high quality or a major company if they do come out.
Doesn't seem like the Lucha figures sold great anyway -- but they'd be the only possible player, and I can't imagine them going with a company with such a small core audience as MLW

The connection between the legends of Lucha Libre currently involved with MLW and what Boss Fight is doing on their own might be the connection though. Anyway, CB says he's seen prototypes but cannot comment publicly until at least the summer so we might not see figures in our hands until 2023 anyway. |

It would also make a lot of sense for Boss Fight if they can squeeze more mileage out of their existing tooling. That said...the pace of that line so far has been beyond horrible. I really don't think these things are coming after all. All the original tweets about the figures are deleted except Court asking if people are interested. Wouldn't be surprised if he was lying about having a deal to just get people talking

That seems contradictory though…like a merch deal probably wouldn’t put them out of any money unless they are paying a company to make products for them as opposed to having a company license them.
