Just found that Joey Jordison, the old drummer of Slipknot passed away. It seems in his sleep, possibly to that health condition he was diagnosed with a few years ago. Sad stuff. Heaven just got a little more metal. Hopefully him and Paul are catching up.
Lets keep the horns high for Joey. \m/

Very unfortunate; rip God Bless you Joey.
Sad to see this happen and sad to see Slipknot and him not to have fully reconciled as performers at least.
But; I think you can see the love is there looking at Slipknots social media.

This hit me like a ton of bricks...probably more than Paul's death did, only because that was kinda the catalyst for me starting to follow them again. I was obsessed with Slipknot throughout high school. My favorite band from 1999 through 2002, at least, bar none. I was lucky to see the original lineup twice...once in 2000 on the Tattoo The Earth tour, and another in 2001 as part of their side tour on Ozzfest days off. It's wild how much the band has changed since then, both in structure and in sound.

What a shame. All my siblings LOVED Slipknot and had favorites, my brother liked the Clown, my other brother liked Mick, and my sister liked Joey.
