Ugh, I'm so over Mattel at this point. I guess I'm not getting that Hogan then, because I'm damn sure not giving those fat, greazy, bloated, virginal, cheese-smelling neck beards on eBay a cent more than Amazon's price. As for Mattel, call me when you release an Ultimate WWF-era Hogan that doesn't suck. The stubble and that horribly overused HOF head make this figure not that great, even though the skin tone is finally spot on. I'm a Hogan guy, so I wan't this figure, but at the end of the day, thanks to the head re-use, it's a pretty lazy "Ultimate" effort. STOP USING THE SAME THREE DAMN HEADS!!!! I'm over it tbh, those figures weren't very good anyway, FOMO was what was making me want them so bad and I already missed out so *shrug*, maybe I'll be able to get the next ones that are hopefully better

There are browser extensions that can help you track and refresh pages on its own and notify you when something on the page changes like if the "unavailable" text box changes to "preorder". I highly doubt there are people out there just refreshing every minute of the day.

I looked it up, though, and I don't think the head is any better, and the torso is inferior to the UE, IMO. That said, I strongly prefer the shirt from the figure you mentioned. |

They finally seemed to have gotten the skin tone right, but give us the scruff heads just unpainted. The figure itself is actually pretty great, but the heads kind of ruin it for me. I’m also a Hogan guy though, so that stuff bothers me probably more than it does most people. It kind of gives me that old Main Event Hogan vibe from the Jakks RA days (this is way better though) where they used the nWo r3 head on the ripped torso, painted a shirt on it, put him in yellow trunks and called it a day. I feel like he also had the HSR bandana too. Again, this is a million times better than that, but still reminiscent. |

Seems to me if they knew from the start then they could've given the fans a list of bearded Hogans to choose from. E.g.: 1. Wolfpac Hollywood 2. WM18 Hollywood 3. Hulk Still Rules Hollywood They must've found-out pretty late to think they could go with three non-stubble looks - there's no way they weren't going to get called-out on that on a top line figure. |

I maintain that these will be very obtainable. This is only a pre-order phase, and Steve said the initial pre-order wasn’t even close to the full amount of stock this will have. A pre-order won’t use up all of the stock anyway. Once they officially hit as “in-stock” most who want them should be able to get them. But at the same time I wouldn’t expect them to stay in stock forever like the Fan Takeover elites.
