Anyone get notifications from their respective online retailer regarding Thundercats series 1 yet? Nothin! Hopefully (Can’t believe I’m saying this) the delay on series one pushes back the others a bit, because if they all come at once, that’s gonna hurt money wise! |

Super 7 Thundercats wave 1 is en-route. They also announced a Disney Ultimates line. MOTU Origins wave 2 looks impressive. Power-Con is this weekend hopefully some more announcements are coming, waiting for Stinkor and Mer-Man

I got my notice today that the wave one Thundercats Ultimates have arrived. It's been so long since I ordered that I can't remember when it was. I'm glad they're finally here, but my wallet would have appreciated them showing up a few months ago. It's been expensive collecting lately.

I wasn't really expecting the Thundercats so soon from Big Bad because I'm still waiting on comic Conan. S7 shipped Conan to their buyers at least two months ago. I've bought other items from Big Bad instead of directly through S7 and it has never taken this long.
I picked up my first Origins singles. I stopped at a Walmart that had limited stock of the assortment case and Skeletor. I unexpectedly found He-Man, who was supposed to be out of stock according to Brickseek. Besides He-Man, they had two each of Evil-Lyn and Skeletor. Not the whole wave, but it was nice to find a few.

So big bad emailed me today saying my Super7 Conan arrived today. So my Batman The Adventure Continues Azrael figure has to ship in two days because the 82 days runs out then. So hopefully the Mafex Hush Batman and other the DC Essentials comes in so I can ship it all together.

I had Conan, Lion-O, Panthro, and the Rogue/Pyro pack in my POL. I asked them to ship all the items on Thursday. Nothing shipped yet. The odd part, I placed another order on Sunday night for Storm Collectibles Sagat and requested to ship it. The Sunday night order shipped before the Thursday order.
I never have a problem with Big Bad except for Hasbro preorders. They're usually last to receive them and I usually find them in a store before they ship.

Wave 4 of Cats is up for pre-order. I grabbed a set from Big Bad. Q4 2021 ship. Not sure how they can justify that and I’m a super massive Thundercats fan. I’m worried about sales in posting these waves so far out with such small pre-order windows.
Pretty disheartening not to see Bengali yet. Monkian is my favorite character after Tygra. So huge win there, but Pumm Ra is really niche from just the one episode. I mean he looks awesome, but I would have preferred that came much, much, later down the road.

The PoL from Thursday is still processing, while the Sunday night order is scheduled to be delivered on Friday, if Fedex can deliver on time. I was going to ask if the orders could be combined, but I thought that might hold up the PoL even longer so I decided to pay the shipping for separate orders. |

I was crushed there was no Bengali shown yet, too. I'm stunned they haven't made him given how rare his original LJN figure was (and how expensive it can be now). And I agree about Pumm-Ra. Looks great, but makes little sense. Even a Lion-O in red is more iconic (though also not necessary). Seems like there were much better choices for one-offs or cheaper parts reuses (if that was part of this decision). |

It finally shipped Friday. And is supposed to arrive Thursday according to the scheduled date, but the tracking says it’s out for delivery with FedEx today. FedEx tracking says scheduled for today, but the last update I see is "Arrived at FedEx location" at 1am in MN. It hasn't reached FedEx here in CT. I really didn't expect it to arrive today, but I would like it to at least make it to the the distribution center, so it can be delivered tomorrow. My package from Big Bad last week moved pretty quickly, it was picked up on Tuesday and arrived Friday. Mine arrived about an hour ago. This is the fastest I ever received a package from Big Bad once it shipped. Here’s some pics of the Conan...         All in all it’s a really nice figure, but there’s two things i wish were different. The first is I wish one of his heads was helmet less instead of two wearing a helmet. And the second while accurate to the first comic cover I prefer Conan to be wearing boots like He-Man over sandals. But a fun figure none the less that I am glad to finally have in hand. |

That Conan came out great.
I like the yelling head, but I think the mouth closed head would have been good without the dark around the eyes. Or maybe with a little less dark. Either way, I wouldn't have minded adding him to my MOTUC collection now that I see the final product. And that bloody sword? Freakin' sweet.

I preordered Conan from Big Bad after seeing in-hand photos. I thought changes to eyebrow and eye shape were a bit improvement over the initial showing. My package made it to FedEx in CT this morning around 5am. I was getting a little worried.

So anyone with the new Ultimates Thundercats are they the same figure as the Mattel ones with extra heads/accessories? Or are they new molds? The first pics we were shown they looked to be the same stocky figures, but some of the pics I’ve seen on instagram look like he (Lion-O) may Have longer legs.

I don't think I did a good job lining them up, but I read they are exactly the same except for paint and accessories. I can't see any differences. I would probably give the edge to Mattel because S7 has a glossy look. Don't mind my Mattel Lion-O wearing two Claw Shields. He was stored in the box like that.   |

Being that Wave 1 of the Super 7 Thundercats were delayed a few times, is it safe to assume that Wave 2 will not likely come by end of year as spamS has them listed?
