coming in today with a Target Exclusive Tuesday 😂😂 Target Legends Ultimate Edition Ultimate Warriorcoming in today is a staple of the Ultimate line appropriately, the Ultimate Warrior. This warrior comes to us from Summerslam 1991 which interestingly enough we have 5/6 figures from the main event at this point but this ultimate figure came out looking very BRIGHT and super 'toyetic'. so right out of the gate i wanna say...i do not like nor do i agree with the decision to change his skin tone for this figure. same as the hulk hogan figures, we now have half of our collection in one skin tone and now newer figures, of the same character we're trying to complete the time line of looks and they have a completely different look to them. i especially dislike the choice on this figure particularly because there are images of warrior posing next to hogan for the event and he was no tanner than usual and certainly not comparably to Hogan's tanned leather hide. maybe they chose the darker skintone to make the attire colors pop more, i dont know but im kinda not a fan. ANYWAYS this new warrior comes to us sporting two new headsculpts. i kinda feel like the likeness is sort of lost on the front facing view but the side prfile of the sculpting shows a great likeness to warrior so i dont know im a little conflicted. the two offered headsculpts portray Warrior first in an intense teeth bearing glaring expression and the second an open mouthed, energized shouting warrior sculpt. this warrior comes wearing a new softgoods trenchcoat printed with artwork warrior wore during the Summerslam event. The trenchcoat and Warriors overall attire take on a somewhat patriotic colorscheme with dashes of vibrant colors like green yellow and pink. the coat features some American style stars and stripes starting on the shoulders and some really cool artwork of Hogan and Warrior dodging(or creating) an explosion. the front left side of warriors coat has font that reads 'Hulkamania' and the right side reads 'Warrior Wildness'. the coat is made of a quality vinyl and all the logos and artwork are printed on in a high quality manner. Underneath the entrance coat Warrior is sporting some wild bicep tassels in pink, white and lime green and they are articulated for awesome posing. Warrior is wearing some sculpted wristbands in blue, red and green that also have some tassels sculpted on the bottom edge. Warrior is wearing some vibrant trunks, they match the colorscheme of the coat with an underlying patriotic look having the old stars and stripes look around the waist and a big warrior logo front and center on the trunks with a layer of that lime green contrasting everything on the bottom. the wild one is wearing some matching kneepads that also feature articulated tassles on the sides and FINISHING THIS FIGURE UP are some pink and white boot tassels over some ultra rad looking green boots. the green boots have some really cool pink warrior logos on the toe and black and yellow striping throughout i for some reason REALLY dig these boots on this figure. all in all this figure-on its own, apart from the rest of the Warrior figures-is great. its awesome, its colorful and vibrant and exciting. compared to all the rest of the warrior figures, im left thinking man, what an awesome attire but why did they make him so dark? i really like the color scheme of this figure, and it being an Ultimate figure makes it extra fun to pose around, the headsculpts are very expressive and portray a good likeness to the Warriuh but i just really dont like the tan they gave him. like-these exclusive, desirable figures are seemingly mattels experiment pad and its a bummer for some of us serious collectors. us collectors who have been in the game for a long time and have already accrued a collection of a certain superstar and all the sudden mattel is switching up body recipes and skin tones and its not always for the best. for those that display their figures in a lineup its like "yeah and this is the warrior mattel decided needed the hot dog tan for some reason" "this is the macho man that mattel put the hot dog tan on, all the rest dont have it".... its a great warrior figure over all 😝 im just a little jarred by the team's choice on the tan.

What's in store for "walmart wednesday"? i got one for ya What's in store for "walmart wednesday"? A cancellation email? 💀💀💀😂😂 im dead, that was awesome. COMING IN TODAY WITH I GUESS A WAL MART WEDNESDAY Ruthless Aggression Ultimate Edition Brock LesnarComing in today is the WAL MART exclusive Ruthless Aggression Ultimate Edition Bork Laser. Since Brock has been erased from the wwe, we will forever now have to call him by his shoot name, Bork Laser. i will admit right out of the gate that i am a huge fan of this figure. i really love the included headsculpts and body recipe, this figure was alot of fun to pose around. The headsculpts we get in this ultimate pack of Bork include a really young looking Bork in a somewhat teeth baring, intense stare, another teeth bearing open mouthed scan thats very reminiscent of his old Jakks RA figure, ANOTHER open mouth-this time in a manical laughing looking sculpt, and finally a crazy eyed teeth bearing scan. i can immediately see Bork's likeness in all of the headsculpts and honestly i can tell you every source material they used for each sculpt 😂 the rest of this figure is classic Bork formula, this time as we know in Ultimate edition articulation. he is wearing his classic black trunks with the spinal/bone design on the back and i wish we couldve gotten a different trunks design as this is the umteenth time weve gotten these trunks on a classic Bork figure. finishing up this figure are some small black kneepads and the classic black studded Bork boots. for accessories, Bork came with the undisputed championship belt, softgoods "He is the Next Big Thing" tshirt that despite having a logo on the back is velcro closure. all in all as i mentioned i REALLY like this figure. all joking aside, the headsculpts really do favor Brock and the expressions can be traced back to iconic promo pictures or match photos of Brock and mattel honestly did a great job, imo. Brock--atleast this era of Brock was a huge part of my younger years because even in the videogames he had S Tier stats and was an absolute menace. i will admit that i had to go to the secondary market to buy this figure. full disclosure i paid $39.99 shipped so not that big of a deal but i was rather disappointed to not have found this figure(or RVD) on any of my business trips across the central region.

Happy Superstar saturday yall!! its a beautiful sunny day outside, getting warmer for our locale so we're doin some stuff outside today 😎 i took my truck to the car wash, got her all sparkly clean and i stopped off at Target for a tiny little figure hunt. the legends 21 figures were on sale for $19.50 so i scooped up the standard edition Andre figure just because i wanted to buy something 😝 Coming in today with a NATURAL DISASTER SATURDAY 🫨🌊🌎 Greatest Hits EarthquakeShaking the Earth beneath our feet today is the mighty Earthquake!! Big fan of the 'quake and John Tenta in general, so i was pretty excited to get this figure. i have the old Shark Elite figure but this was my first Earthquake elite. i had gotten really close to pulling the trigger on the old figure on the secondary market many times, but almost all of them had some sort of undesirable paint wear on the singlet logos and it would turn me off the purchase, so i was also really excited to see these figures get a re-release. Starting off with the Quake, he comes with the (i think) only headsculpt mattel has for him; a sort of teeth bearing serious looking quake. the headsculpt and figure hold a great likeness to the man from all angles, however the eyes kinda sorta look a little too far apart from certain angles but otherwise it looks great. the body recipe has not changed for the big quake, he has utilized the same body recipe from his inception to the line and i guess it works pretty well for him. i mean, he was kindof in his own body category because he was bigger than bam bam but CERTAINLY no where near YOKO or Rikishi levels of built. either way i do feel like they did good on the recipe and i dig it. Mattel included some chest hair paint apps and his Tiger tattoo on the left bicep. this Earthquake comes in what i would consider his most iconic gear; the Black/white and red singlet with the EARTHQUAKE logo across his lower chest and then the shockwave logo across his stomach. the back of his singlet is much less impressive visually as it is just black colored straps and red on the lower back. finishing up this figure are some tall red boots with white laces. for accessories the big Quake was given some interchangeable hands and the classic WWE Tag Team Championship belt all in all i would say this Earthquake figure is a MUST HAVE, especially for classic era collectors. the original figure was release quite some time ago and this figure features those new modern appointments like the TrueFX paint apps and the double jointed elbows. also as i mentioned most figures being sold online feature some degree of paint wear and having the ability to buy a brand new figure for retail is worth it. Greatest Hits Typhoon washing in alongside the mighty Earthquake is his most iconic partner, the mighty Typhoon! honestly alost of the statements i made about the Earthquake figure apply to the Typhoon figure aswell. im really glad that they used different body recipes for each character as they did have different builds and attires. This Typhoon also comes with what i believe is the only headsculpt mattel has ever produced for him and it looks amazing with the TrueFx paint apps. Typhoon comes in gear that essentially matches the big quakes, he comes to the ring wearing a red singlet with a giant white tidal wave design across the stomach/chest and the Typhoon logo in black across the stomach. Typhoon comes to the ring wearing some black kneepads and is also wearing some tall red boots with white laces. for accessories Typhoon also comes with some interchangeable hands and a classic WWE Tag Team Championship belt all in all you gotta have both figures!!! the Mighty Earthquake and Typhoon were a force to be reckoned with during their tenure. they were some OG big meaty men and to be honest i feel like mattel killed this release of these guys. the modern appointments make these figures even better!

Trying to get you to page 26, my girl thinks i have a crush on roxanne haha That andre looks good but i hate the swivel chest look wait, you dont though? 😝😂 Continuing today with a Superstar Saturdayfinishing up my reviews for the lastest batch of Top Picks figures Top Picks Logan Paulcoming in today is Top Picks Paul, Prime Paul Brother, Logan Paul!! this figure is Logan Paul's first introduction to the elite line after his mattelcreations ultimate figure. im not a huge fan of logan paul, thus i did not buy his ultimate figure but i picked up this elite figure just because i do admire his smooth transition into the business; he has no business being as good as he is but he is making it work which is cool for him. This figure comes to us in the gear he wore at wrestlemania 39 in his match against seth rollins. not having the ultimate, i cant really comment on whether it is a new headsculpt or one from that figure, but this headsculpt captures logan in an excited, open mouthed, shouting expression and i think it looks OKAY. they sculpted on his headband and his hair also looks pretty good, but the face doesnt really hold a realistic interpretation of Logan, IMO. it kinda feels a little bit like an old Jakks headsculpt as far as level of likeness is concerned, but it does portray a ton of expression and its not half bad overall. Logan was given a neat softgoods entrance jacket for accessories and the printed details look pretty good; im typically in the softgoods camp but i think mattel couldve piossibly chosen a dsifferent material for this vest and they wouldve been better off. the real jacket was made of a leather looking material and this was all printed on a sort of vinyl material with a bit of sheen. as i said im typically camp softgoods, but they couldve used something else on this and it may have looked better. the front of the jacket is completely open and has some dangling straps from the collar and waist ares, the back is primarily yellow and blue colorschemed and features a large PAUL logo in black font centered on the back. beyond the entrance gear, paul is wearing some yellow/blue/black elbow pads and was given the lean/ripped torso which is a good body recipe choice for him. Logan comes to the ring wearing some cool tights in a Blue/black/yellow colorscheme with 'aerodynamic' feeling linework on the tights. mattel added the detail for the laced closure of the tights at the waist. the design of the tights continues onto the small yellow kneepads mattel equipped him with and finished up this figure are some kickpads that continue the design of the tights; the right being primarily yellow and the left being primarily blue. for accessories, the Logan figure comes with some interchangeable hands and a bottle of his PRIME drink. all in all this is a cool figure to have in the collection right now. i remember as a kid i kinda did want those figures of new characters right away because i would just find a way to hype their debut and fantasy book them in my fed 😂 Logan has a great athletic ability and is providing a fresh new way of implementing social media into continuing storylines, this is a very cool elite debut for logan, the attire POPS, we got a softgoods entrance vest, i just wish the headsculpt was a tad bit more refined.

coming in today with a WHATCHA GONNA DO?! Wednesday! All roads lead to the Hulkster these next coupla days as we're gonna tear into the Target Exclusive Hulkamania 3 pack!! Target Hulk Hogan 3 Pack1980s Hulksteras i mentioned all roads lead to the Hulkster and we're pretty close to the start of the road for the Hulkster as this figure bring us a mid-late 80's version of Hulk Hogan. i did want to mention before we dive in--that i was pretty hype for this set. im not necessarily a HulkHistorian but i am a Hulkamaniac and my VERY FIRST wrestling figure ever was the toybiz Hollywood Hulk Hogan figure so basically every-ESPECIALLY Hollywood Hogan gets a buy from me. i like this timeline offering of hulksters i do like how mattel has been grabbing into the 'classic' hulk hogan bag of looks latel-theyve been filling out our timeline quite well. id love to see this timeline 3 pack become a thing now and mattel could make a killing doing all the classic (triple h,stone cold, rock, undertaker, mankind) wwf guys and they could really RUN WILD with the idea, i DIG IT, BROTHER. so onto this 80s hulkster--i think its from around 1986? i guess the Hulkster was known to rep different trunk/boot combos before finally landing on the red and yellow permanently until the nWo. this figure comes with a new headsculpt wherein his classic HULKAMANIA headband is offset on his head and the tie off landed in his mouth. mattel captured the Hulkster in a defiant, confident, intimidating teeth bearing, tough expression as he holds the fabric in his mouth. i do say that im like 80% on this headsculpt i do like it and its uniqueness-mattel did a great job on the sculpting and capturing the expression and energy in the sculpt, BUT i feel like his mustache isnt shaped right and also i think his eye color is too light? beyond that i do like it and mattel did great. up next this hulkster was given TWO softgoods shirts--which frankly should be the standard moving out, but one is a 'one piece' shirt with no velcro closure(kindof difficult to remove though) and the other features velcro closure on the front of the shirt for rippable hulkster action. this figure is rocking the ORIGINAL hogan torso; same one we saw on his debut defining moments figure which works great for this era of hulk. one of the main draws of this figure are the cool baby blue trunks this Hulk will be seen dropping legs in alongside some red kneepads and matching baby blue tall boots with with laces. for accessories this hulkster was given some interchangeable hands and the classic 80's wwf championship which we havent seen in a long time. ALL IN ALL BROTHER; this is a great hulk hogan. its so cool that mattel is now taking their time up to bat in knocking out all of the iconic hogan looks while also giving us some new exciting stuff in the process. i have never personally owned a hogan figure in the light blue trunks so this is certainly a treat--i do wish he came with an extra pair of white kneepads to swap with the red 😝 i REALLY like the inclusion of one solid shirt and one rippable shirt, as i mentioned it should become the standard on all Hogan figures moving forward. it would probably be asking a bit much at this point as this figure was stacked but i wish he had the open hand "hand to the ear" interchangable hands included aswell i know the "wwe" era hogan has them but this figure should too!

happy figure friday y'all AND WHAT A FIGURE FRIDAY IT HAS BEEN FOLKS. LEMME TELL YOU SOMETHING BROTHER/JACK/DUDE. I WENT OUT ON A FIGURE HUNT THIS MORNING AND MY LOCAL WAL MART--YES MY LOCAL WAL MART HAS THE WRESTLEMANIA SHIPPER OUT ON DISPLAY. i had gotten there pretty early but not early enough, the shipper had infact already been picked over, but i feel like i must have only been second in line as i was able to secure a MNW Undertaker and Hogan. a few other figures were missing, any/all chase paul bearers were gone i only saw 2 standard in the shuffle. i am HYPE!! i ended up stopping off at like 4 more wal marts today, one store had placed all of the figures on endcap shelves instead of displaying them in the shipper--so watch out for that. only 2/5 walmarts had the figures out-the others seemed to be unchanged maybe a few new E106/107 figures out. only 1 wal mart seemed to have any sort of 'new' AEW figures out. i DID also end up picking up another Greatest Hits elite Shawn Michaels while i was out--so i have the original figure that i bought and took out of box i did reviews on it and it has a bit of paint wear on the logos. when the GH line dropped i bought one just to keep on hand and keep MOC just to have a 'good' one on hand. i wanted to open it up really bad so i told myself if i see another out in the wild imma pick it up so i can open it and pose it around. i had since seen one at Target but kinda wasnt feeling a purchase on that day and next time i went it was gone; saw one today didnt risk that chance. very excited to find the SCSA and Scott Hall figures next, im very giddy. ANYWAYS WE GOTTA DROP THE LEG ON THAT TOPIC AND MOVE ON BROTHERS WE'RE ON nWo TIME NOW Target Hulk Hogan 3 PackHollywood Hulk Hoganflexing the pythons today, representing the nWo, Hollywood Hulk Hogan!!! my first ever wrestling figure was the Toybiz Hollywood Hulk Hogan and this figure gives me heavy vibes and memories of that figure. this Hollywood figure comes to us sporting the infamous Hollywood Rules shirt in the trademark Hulkster poncho cut. the shirt is softgoods and the image is printed on the shirt; as we all know i love softgoods materials but i just dont know the look of the image application to the shirt just looks--------d.i.y to me i dunno if there was a better way to do it but it just looks a little washed out? i dunno im just being critical for the sake of being critical. this figure also comes with the trademark black Hollywood bandana and some silver 90s styled sunglasses. they all look great and fit the figure fine. So this figure somes with the new updated tan and i guess to be honest i do dig it on this figure..Hollywood Hulk was just as tan as ever just leaner and i think both the skintone and body recipe captured the hulkster perfectly for this era. the headsculpt is one that we have seen packaged with his nWo Ultimate figure before; it captures hollywood in a confident, subdued smirk with pursed or pouty lips-it captures the likeness of Hulk great and i like the expression. this Hollywood gets the new Hogan torso and as i mentioned i really like it. Hogan did slim down after the 80's and early 90's era, never really had much or any ab definition and settled into this sort of blocky torso--mattel captured the look great, im really happy with this much better than the freaking sheamus torso. this hollywood comes to the ring wearing some fingerless, open knuckle gloves paired alongside some white wristtape. bonus points for mattel for including some matching interchangeable wolfpac posed hands. my favorite look for Hollywood was when he wore those black leather 'cuffed' fingerless gloves that was peak heel hollywood. interestingly enough no weight belt or championship belt with this Hollywood Hulk figure, i posed him with an nWo black title from my collection. this Hollywood figure is dropping legs in his classic black tights with lightning bolts going down either leg, the left leg features some white 'Hollywood' text going down the leg and some film reels interwoven among the lightning. his right leg features the nWo 4 Life motto. he is wearing some small black kneepads- which i think should have a white border on the top and bottom to be completely accurate but then finishing up this figure are some dope looking tall black boots with blue flames, Hollywood's face airbrushed on the outside and the nWo logo airbrushed on the inside on the boots. all in all i really REALLY dig this figure. it does fall under that category of many major changes to a figure/character we've been seeing for so long but ill be damned if all the changes werent for the better. the new skin tone looks much more accurate for Hollywood and the new torso design is the best choice over anything else mattel can offer. i really wish he would been given a weight belt and championship; or atleast one or the other this figure feels a teeny bit incomplete missing that. beyond that im really happy with this Hollywood version, glad the look was covered in this pack.

coming in today with a superstar sunday and wrapping up the Hulkamania 3 pack reviews today!! Target Hulk Hogan 3 PackWWE Hulk Still Rules standing next to a mountain and chopping it down with the edge of his hand----proving that Hulkamania STILL Rules is the WWE era red & yellow Hollywood Hulk Hogan. this was the return era of the red and yellow in the wwe and it was a must have representation of the hulkster. This hogan comes to us rocking the classic red and yellow feather boas, bandana and softgoods shirt for entrance gear. as with our 80s era hulk, this figure comes geared up with one solid seamed shirt and one shirt with front velcro closure for hulk shirt tear posing, both a bold yellow color with the Hulk STILL Rules logo front and centered. the bandana is also yellow with the Hulk STILL Rules logo and it looks and firts the figure great. no sunglasses or championship belt were included with this figure from the factory. the headsculpt for this hulkster is OKAY, imo. it is an older sculpt that mattel expertly applied truefx paint apps to breathe new life into and it kinda worked, the paint apps look great but i do kinda sorta struggle to see a 'realistic' likeness to Hulk Hogan in the sculpting during this 2002-2005 era the figure represents. so this figure also acquired the 'Hulk Hogan' tan and it looks great--my main complaints with these new figures getting tans is "why not sooner". it just feels weird as a collector when youve been collecting figures of a character for years--from the same company and have a number of these figures in your collection but they decide at certain points to change the formula or change the skin tone in an attempt to make that ever elusive "perfect figure" of any given person. i just kinda see it as being trapped in the cycle of always needing to buy the newest figure of a guy because "this one has double jointed arms now" "this one has updated skin tone" "this one has the new weight belt mold" "this one has a better headsculpt". im glad that as collectors we are constantly seeing our company strive to make updates to their line but im starting to really feel like mattel are mastering the art of the twinkie on a stick(see solo sikoa figures). ANYWAYS, THAT BEING SAID the tan and updated torso look great on this figure the new torso really does capture that 90-2000's physique of the hulkster. this Hogan comes to the ring wearing a yellow weightbelt with some classic font that reads "hollywood" and his red and yellow tie dye tights, i do like the paint apps on the tights there is a good blend of the red and yellow splotches it looks accurate to the design. this Hogan is dropping legs wearing some small red kneepads, which are accurate not quite sure on the timeline of when he started wearing the knee brace regularly but i think a red one would have been a cool inclusion. finishing up this figure are some yellow boots with with laces and red tribal style flames and HOGAN in red font towards the top outside portion of the boots. ALL IN ALL this Hulk STILL Rules figure came out great! i was level 10 hype for the E91 Hulk but it had its quirks that this figure seems to improve upon. i had laid out all of the accessories and if it had come with a shiny Undisputed title this figure would be near Ultimate levels of accessory goodness. i guess my only main complaint for this figure is that i wish they had either used or sculpted a new head for this figure as i feel like trying to just spray some truefx on an older headsculpt......just isnt the way...as i mentioned the paint apps look great on the head but the sculpts just dont seem to be on the levels of other heads of this era. SO WAS THIS ELITE THREE PACK WORTH IT?!?!?! absolutely. we got new body recipes with these figures, new skintones, new softgoods shirts, across three different iconic looks of Hulk Hogan. if im being really picky and needy i want to subtract points for no championship belts for the nWo Hogan and the 2000s era Hulk and also no weight belt for the nWo hulk either. regardless mattel did a great job with everything else in this pack, the inclusion of a rippable and non rippable shirt should be standard with every Hogan moving forward to be honest and also moving forward i do not want them to flip flop on skintones or torso choices any freaking more. i would absolutely love to see them do more of these timeline of looks packs--individuals like the Rock, Stone Cold, triple H, Undertaker and Mankind already have releases in the line to accommodate this they just need to be re-packed unless mattel wants to be really cool and sprinkle in some new looks we havent gotten yet. anyways this Hogan pack was 1000/10 worth it. i think everyone should make the effort to own this as it really fills out some cool looks we havent already gotten of the hulkster and these figures are the most updated versions available.
