Happy hot, HOT Saturday. we're cooking on the streets out here with 92 HOWEVER there has been a constant breeze rolling through and that has been our only savior from roasting alive π₯΅ todays reviews are brought to you by the indiesGentleman Jack Gallaheri was blown away and fully behind Gentleman Jack during his Cruiserweight Classic and subsequent 205 Live run. i really enjoyed his style of technical work, yet he remained stupendously entertaining. I think this is a great figure and i feel like mattel did a great job choosing the body parts and the skintone is spot on. picked up Gentleman Jack MOC for $13 shipped NevilleI really enjoyed Neville in nXt and distinctly remember the "Mighty Mouse" rumors and innuendo that were circulating prior to his main roster debut. i was pleasantly surprised with how well they managed the character design despite the rumores, and i loved the initial purple outfit he appeared in. this figure looks GREAT with the Cruiserweight championship belt. Neville fell out of orbit and into my collection MOC for $17+shipping on ebay Daniel Bryan i had a few Daniel Bryan figures in my second WWE collection, but as we all know, the likeness to Daniel Bryan was quite a stretch. i picked up this Dbry because i really enjoyed the fact that it was packaged with both a short hair / beard and a long hair / beard , allowing for a really strong 2-in-1 figure pack. i also really enjoyed this attire for Daniel Bryan. the color palette of the attire really embodies Daniel Bryans passion for nature , but the dark trunks and design forbode the seriousness of HIS nature. i picked this figure up for retail on RSC. The Phenominal AJ STYLES i remember watching TNA on foxsportsnet in 2004 and it melted my brain. i LOVED the 6 sided ring and the superstars and action of TNA during that time felt like a really natural, modern extension of the wrestling business. AJ, Abyss, Amazing Red, Dallas, Americas Most Wanted, Christoper Daniels & Elix Skipper, etc. i even remember marking out of my pants when Jeff Hardy debuted in TNA in a program vs AJ Styles. back in the day during my first phase of collecting i was able to make a custom RA AJ Styles using an old Jamie Noble Head on a kitbashed body. In my second collection, i was able to purchase a Deluxe Aggression styled AJ Styles figure (i cant remeber but i feel like this was a HTF figure at the time?) either way im really glad to own a factory mattel AJ. I had Painted my custom RA AJ in the black trucks with light blue accents attire, so i liked this grey/ blue attire. Purchased this AJ for retail on Amazon Prime. Finn BalorThis particular Finn Balor was an impulse buy. i was doing some grocery shopping at my local wal mart and they mark down WWE elites to ~$17.88. when i look at this version of finn balor with the beard, tattoos and (relatively) plain attire, i see this figure as being a great template for.....me π during my second wwe collection, i imagined my Miz figures as being myself as i often rocked the fauxhawk hairstyle and i liked the colorway of his elite attires. This incarnation of Finn will work really well in imagining as a more mature version of myself as he does appear different enough from other finn balor figures. ummm so as i understand the next batch of reviews is sponsored? π€π

The Neville and Jack figures are truly great. Shame about the Gallagher allegations. Really liked him agreed. he was my fave in the cruiserweight classic tournament, but---yeah its a shame things turned the way they did. now onto our sponsored(?) review for the day OH YEAH , BROTHER. WELL LET ME TELL YA SOMETHING---JACK, THE n.W.o DOESNT SPONSOR ANYTHING, BROTHER. WE DO WHAT WE WANT AND WE TAKE WHAT WE WANT. THE n.W.o HAS TAKEN OVER THESE REVIEWS FOR THE DAY AND IF YOUVE GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT JACK, THEN YOULL HAVE TO TANGLE WITH THE 24" PYTHONS OF THE ULTIMATE EDITION HOLLYWOOD HULK HOGAN. the Toybiz hollywood hulk hogan was my VERY FIRST wrestling figure, ever. as a kid, even in that era of wcw, i was drawn to hollywood hogans charisma, look and character. at that time when i first got into wrestling, i was collecting star wars, batman, superman, universal monsters, etc. i remember the day i went into the wal mart for my very first wrestling figure purchase; i had so many names floating around my head of who i wanted to buy first, but hollywood hogan topped that. AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT, i was able to secure that hollywood hogan toybiz and that launched me into umteen years of collecting plastic crack the hollywood hogan is frankly a MUST BUY. the detail on the boots, the headsculpts and accessories included and the poseablility make this one of my new all time favorite figures. i was able to buy Hollywood ultimate from ringside. Wolfpac NashKevin Nash has always been a staple of my collections. as im sure you can imagine, i had the Toybiz Nash with the nWo Logo on the chest and also the Outsiders Toybiz Nash--which was one of my all time favorites growing up. i also had the Diesel/Kevin nash elites in my second collection, so i HAD to add this RSC exclusive that i had missed out in my absence. when i was originally shopping for this figure they were all waay over $120 MOC and loose examples were few and far between. Eventually i was able to secure one for my collection at $60 loose on Mercari with all accessories. i wasnt too thrilled at the price (why are kevin nash elites so expensive?) but for basically halving the price for an MOC one, i guess i couldnt beat that. this nash figure really isnt any different from the previous nashes ive owned; im not a super huge fan of the headsculpt, but it does convey Big Sexy's attitude during that era. SYXXmy first introduction to SYXX was in the videogame WCW Nitro for the playstation. up until that point i had NO IDEA that Sean Waltman worked in WCW, nevertheless as a member of the nWo. i had finished with my second collection ~around~ well probably a little before Xpac made his way into the line, so i was really excited to scoop up his elites this time around. unfortunately for me MOC prices for both of his elites were listed for way over $90, so that was a big no from me, dawg. i was able to find this SYXX loose on ebay for $30 shipped with shirt; which while still on the high end for a loose elite, was better that the asking prices for a MOC figure. Wolfpac StingWolfpac Sting is another HUGE nostalgia bomb for me. when i was collecting as a kid in the toybiz era--yeah, that Wolfpac Sting with 'stinger splash' action, softgoods jacket and baseball bat was THE sting on the market. the Tiybiz Stinger was so prevalent on the pegs that i remember being gifted TWO MORE of these particular figures over the course of a year; one of them got re-gifted and i kept the other as a spare. despite having the dreaded gimmicky 'squeeze the legs for action' and no elbow articulation the wolfpac sting dominated my figure fed back in the day. i remember when FINALLY upgraded to the Slam N Crunch Toybiz Sting in the black n white-i did thoroughly enjoy that stinger much more but i ended up re-booking the wolfpac sting back to action as the Red Possessed Scorpion Demon π
and it culminated in a Sting vs Sting match. ANYWAYS, this wolfpac sting is ACE. the colors and design are all there, but more importantly, the headsculpt is AH-MAY-ZING. Wolfpac Stingers routinely sell for over $100---and thats a no from me. i was able to secure this Stinger in Lot of other figures, so unfortunately he is without all accessories, but i didnt pay anywhere near asking prices for this guy, an equal trade off. Wolfpac MachoOH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH well, you already know i had the Toybiz version of this Mach growing up. i had a few macho elites in my second collection, but this one is my favorite just due to nostalgia. i had the black and white macho in my second collection, but never owned the black and white toybiz as a kid, so i feel like a balance is being returned here with the Wolfpac macho. i HATE the rubber shirt and wish we couldve gotten a vest or something cooler but he looks pretty rad regardless. Classic secondary market price gouging on old Ringside Exclusive figures---this guy was being listed at over $100 MOC by everyone and their brother until i finally found a listing for.... $73.99 Shipped MOC... still WAY out of my comfort zone for a figure purchase, but frankly i can always make more cash dollars, but they aint giving us any more Macho Wolfpac elites. till next time....... DONT TURN YOUR BACK ON THE WOLFPAC YOU MIGHT END UP IN A BODY BAG. π€π TOO SWEET ME, BRO.

Love this review. The Nash and Syxx are amazing figs. Not a huge fan of the Sting, and the Macho might be the worst Mattel Elite version of him...
Do you think you'd go back and buy any of the WCW Toybiz's. They are such great figs

Love this review. The Nash and Syxx are amazing figs. Not a huge fan of the Sting, and the Macho might be the worst Mattel Elite version of him... Do you think you'd go back and buy any of the WCW Toybiz's. They are such great figs thanks, brother! "dont forget ; HAVE FUN WITH IT!" is my mantra with this. i think thats from an old cartoon i watched as a kid. ive actually just purchased some appropriate extra hands for my Syxx (the 'W' wolfpac hand and too sweet wolf hand) still need the kneepads for him, though. id like to get a large elbow pad for my Nash; i always remember him wearing one. ive seen alot of people split on the Sting and Macho Wolfpac figures. its all pure nostalgia love from me. did these guys need to be involved with the nWo storyline wise? no. were they the only action figures i had of these guys when i was in my formative creative years as a kid? yeah. π
i see alot of hate for this incarnation of Macho, but he is what i grew up with. wcw/nwo revenge on n64. the toybiz figure etc. i can understand the hate for the red and black stinger, but for me it hearkens back to the only sting figure i was able to play with as a kid--and now being able to hold and pose and idealized verson of that figure--with the ultimte level of articulation and sculpting is really something else. got some RETRO reviews dialed up today Shawn Michaels Wrestlemaniaive always been a huge HBK fan--unfortunately when i was collecting as a kid, Shawn Michaels was titled Commissioner Michaels and the only figure offering we were granted was a stiff HBK in a suit with like 4-5 points of articulation. i ended up buying the Ripped and Ruthless Shawn Michaels figure (wow anyone else remember THAT line?!) from spam a few years later but, yeah that wasnt the most fun figure to play and pose with. in my second collection i scooped up the E19 HBK and subsequent referee HBK. the headsculpt on this retro HBk is ace and i really enjoy the attire aswell. the main draw of buying this figure for me was the BAF Ellering....... BIG DADDY COOL Dieselback in the day i owned the E16 Diesel ; this figure obviously isnt much different from that one; IMO the head sculpt is a bit more refined and i do kindof enjoy the aesthetic of the all black attire. this figure was included in a lot of figures I purchased loose, i calculate he was worth about $25-30 Jerry 'The King' Lawlerthis is a great figure. in my second collection, my first Lawler was the Jakks CS--i established a stable known as KINGS COURT : they were obvously a heel stable built on the ideal they they all embodied a different aspect of royalty amongst ring veterans. i also owned the E18 Jerry Lawler which seemed like a weird amalgamation of old and new Jerry in the face, but the attire was entirely oldschool(?) anywho; i distinctly remember Jerry wearing primarily Blue / White or Red / White which is why i like this version of Jerry the best. IIRC isnt this based on his first appearance and subsequent feud with King Bret Hart? i was able to purchase this KING from amazon for 19.99 prime The British Bulldog Davey Boy Smithill be completely candid and admit that i was never a HUGE fan of the British Bulldog---however he has a firm place in wrestling history. i was an attitude era kid, so my memory of the Bulldog is him returning to wrestle in blue jeans, combat boots and get Rock Bottom'ed into Dookie. this however is a great figure, because it ties into another strong memory of mine---renting vintage wwf vhs videos! i used to rent the old coliseum videos dating back to the early 90's of the wwf and seeing Davey Boy featured in a tag match with Dynamite kid or to hear his theme bang as he stormed to the ring during a Royal Rumble was indeed a treat. i scooped this figure up on Amazon for 19.99 Prime finally last but not least, genuinely one of my top favorite figures ive bought recently; "Superstar" Billy Grahammy first exposure to Billy Graham was watching WWE Confidential. i feel like they did an entire episode on him and, to be honest i was familiar with Jesse the Body and Hulk Hogan but had never seen the guy who inspired THEM---and holy cow was he ahead of his time. THIS is the HEEL who broke Bruno Sammartinos streak; bleach blonde hair, feather boas and tie-die WAYYY before the hulkster. one of the most fascinating things to me concerning Graham was his decision to do a 180 on his career---shave his head-grow a beard and stop the flash charismatic performances and replace them with martial arts displays of prowress. this is really a sleeper of an amazing figure here as we get a 2-in-1 figure that spans decades. we get an original Superstar Graham with the sideburns and long hair and we also get a reprise Superstar with bald head and goatee. no doubt that Billy Graham has said some controversial things on record, but he is a legend in the wrestling business that inspires some of the most influential names of the modern era. i was graciously able to scoop up Superstar Graham for my collection for $17.99 MOC from ringside during the labor day sale πͺ

DOMINATIONis the theme for todays reviews. β Rocky MaiviaI remember passing on this figure during my second collection--just because i was still in the mind of buying figures to fantasy book them in my fig fed. owning it now, i guarantee i would have still enjoyed this figure just because it is so well done. the color of the attire really pops and the headsculpt isnt bad at all. it was cool that we got softgood strings on his entrance hear, i couldve easily seen those being molded. i picked up this figure loose on ebay for $20 shipped. Brahma Bull Rocki also remember passing on this version of Rock in my second collection. at the time, i really felt that this figure fell flat as a Ringside Exclusive..i didnt care for the tights--i dont remember him wearing these particular trunks for very long--and secondly the ONLY reason to buy this Rock would be to pair him with a Summerslam Triple H in those purple tights Ken Shamrock, which was not available at the time. I was able to buy this Rock loose, but with all accessories for $30+shipping 'Collectors Edition' Rock So, i have been building this new collection with the loose rules that im not going to buy a figure ive already owned. i kindof broke that with the DM Phenom Undertaker, and here is another strike----kindof. its ironic that in my second collection, the SDCC Taker was my first figure and the Legends Rock was the second figure i purchased back then, and here we are they are the two that ive re-bought π
i can justify this purchase though with the updated True FX and included JUST BRING IT hands; the Updated face looks pretty good, however i do feel like they put the stubble on a little thick, Rock was almost always clean shaven. bought this Rock for $25 Amazon Prime D.o.D Mark HenryI passed on Mark Henry figures in my second collection because i just wasnt really that interested in collecting him. THIS incarnation, and the Sexual Chocolate Mark Henry interest me because that is the Mark i grew up watching, in the 2010's i was more interested in the likes of CM Punk, etc. this figure is great! im SO happy that they released this version of Mark so we can complete our Nation of Domination luneups. another reason why i picked up this version of Mark was because i was literally addicted to playing WWF Attitude on my PS1 and this attire hearkens back to that. i bought this Mark Henry MOC on ebay for $40 shipped D'Lo BrownI THINK YOU BETTA RECOGNIZE πππ apologies for the pic, but i thought this was hilarious. we all know D'lo is infamous for the head shakes and when i opened this pic thats instantly what i thought of. i couldve sworn that i took some better pictures, but i didnt upload them? EITHER WAY, this is a GREAT addition to the elite lineup. this D'Lo figure is a GO BUY IT--if you find it, BUY IT RIGHT AWAY. as with Mark Henry i have so many memories of D'lo in matches when i was playing wwf attitude. i dont recall too many D'lo figures being made, i remember seeing the BCA D'lo in the lineups on the back of the cards, dont think we ever got a TTL D'lo, maybe we got a Classic Superstars D'lo? but they would all pale in comparison to this D'lo. the headsculpt is great, the attire is great, we got the infamous Chest Protector AND the European championship. this D'lo looks looks awesome amongst his attitude era brethren : posed next to Xpac, Shamrock, Christian, Mark henry, Godfather, he really brings together the era, like i said if you dont have this D'lo you need to go find him, lowkey one of my favorite new figures. I found this D'lo on Amazon Prime for $40 shipped MOC. i am working on getting my hands on the Farooq / Rock 2pack, kinda bummed i didnt have them on hand so i could do a review of the entire nation all at once, but i think it'll be a short while before i find a price im comfortable with. i see them pop up for sale loose often, but they're often listed separate and for prices that would ultimately only make sense to buy them together.

RSE Rock isnβt Summerslam 1998, itβs king of the ring 98 vs Shamrock. The defining moments rock without the clothes is SS 98 rock with the gold and purple lettering. That was a total botch exclusive. Wrong torso and everything.

Wrong torso and everything. oh wow, its been ahwile since ive seen either match, but youre absolutely correct. THEN WHY DID THEY PACKAGE HIM WITH THE YELLOW LADDER π€¦ββοΈ so yeah this all makes sense on why i passed on the figure when it released. im also not a fan of the ultra ripped torso they gave him. atleast i have the Shamrock to go along with the RSE Rock....now just gotta try and find a DM rock in 'worth it' condition π

C'mon.....you know i got ya...
yeah
c'mon
BREAK THE WALLS DOWWWWWWWNNNNNNNFOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK, WHATCHA WANT BABY YOU KNOW YOU'RE JUDAS AND IM YOUR PRIEST WELCOME TO.....REVIEW IS JERICHOOOOOOOO (kinda...cruiserweight edition) Best of Attitude Era JerichoSo this figure is kinda/sorta a nostalgia bomb for me. i had the Royal Rumble TTL chris jericho as a kid and that was one of my favorite figures to play with. i know that that figure is based on a paint splatter design that he wore--ive always liked this red barbed wire tights design so i pretended that the designs were barbed wires π regardless, this jericho is a great figure! i really like the headsculpt and obviously the tights design. i really enjoyed alot of chris's early tights designs. picked up this figure loose on mercari for $40 shipped. The Iceman, Dean MalenkoYou cant review the man of 1001 holds without reviewing the man of 1000 holds..i think? well, my ONLY Dean Malenko figure growing up was the Grip N Flip line from WCW where, someone in corporate thought----lets install MAGNETS into the actions figure hands and give them like 2 practical points of articulation. ive always been a fan of Malenko and just seeing him gives me that heavy 1998 WCW nostalgia for some reason. this is a great figure, highly recommend adding him to your collection if you can get him at a decent price. i was able to purchase my Malenko MOC for $50 +shipping from ebay. i felt like that was a fair price based on what others were asking/ ultimately selling for. X-PAAAAAAAAACCCYOU THINK YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT TO DO?! YOU THINK YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT TO WEAR?! YEAH YOU BETTER GET READY BOW TO YOUR MASTER AND SUCK IT!! π so not necessarily a figure related memory--but growing up, my younger cousin was a HUGE Xpac fan. his family lived ~50 mi away from ours and every few months our families would meet up for a grill-out/holiday, etc. one trip out there we had to stop for gas, so i went into the station to get some munchies and looked into the cooler to see that they were selling Hansen's Energy Drink. At the time, Xpac's entrance consisted of him chugging a Hansen's and then tossing the can to the crowd. as we continued on the journey i drank the Hansens's and i got the diabolical idea to liekayfabe my cousin into thinking that i got this can from a live show--it was easier to do that back then coz no social media to confirm.i did just that and he lost his mind and offered to trade me any figure out of his collection for that can of Hansens Energy. i chose a signature series Rock and he held onto that can for many years, i never ever told him that it was a jabroni can π but im sure many years later he put 2+2 together. i was able to get this Xpac, loose but mint for $30 shipped on ebay...which at the time i was shopping for this figure was way better that $90+MOC Brood ChristianWhat isnt there to love about the Brood?! flames, fangs, and a banging theme! this christian figure is a must have for the attitude era lineup. i chose to seek out the Chase version of this christian because i had a BCA brood christian when i was younger that had the white shirt/ blue tights attire. despite not being the hugest christian fan, i will say that this is a great figure regardless. the torso and sleeves are unique sculpts and the included necklace, goblet and glasses really tie this figure together nicely. Gangrel when? π« got this christian MOC for $30 shipped on ebay. THUNDER , THUNDER , JUSHIN THUNDER LYGERso, not so much a wwe mattel receiving but i picked this guy up on ringside and wanted to share a review/ insight. so firstly, growing up, i was very aware of Lyger and by time i was really into action figures i got a little upset because there were no practical Lyger figures available. i made Lyger in all of my wrestling video games and even went as far as to attempt a Lyger custom figure during the TTL days. having never bought a Storm Collectibles item before, i can say this figure is certainly...interesting. firstly i feel like he is scaled somewhat more appropriately with the AEW line and not so much the mattel line. the second major weird thing(to me)is that his upper chest and crotch areas are hollow and the body area covering it is a soft rubber. the figure poses very well, i wouldnt recommend it for 'play', tbh i had the arm pop out twice while just seeing what the range of motion was. otherwise, the paint apps and sculpting are pretty dang cool considering how intricate Lygers outfit is. i got this guy from Ringside for retail, and i dunno....i understand the whole import thing but if you press me i would want to pay like $10-15 LESS than retail.

ALSOi wanted to share something supremely cool to me and (ofcourse) share a story to go along with it. so after i sold off my figure collection, i actually got pretty heavy into WWE '13 and played the universe mode as i would have played with my figures. i played my fed alongside the wwf/wcw/ecw so i had to choose a unique world championship design as to not muddle things up---and i chose the "Andre '87" championship design. something really majestic about the design; the double plating, center globe, double eagles, banners, overall shape....lets just say *chefs kiss as far as championship belts are concerned. sadly, though there is ZERO chance that we would ever see mattel release this belt design. someone shared a link to a custom figure beltmaker; they 3d printed the championships! however they didnt offer the Andre 87 π as luck would have it a week or so later i found ANOTHER custom beltmaker...and guess what? π its legit everything i could have ever wanted. hard to photograph but the silver actually has a sheen to it. all of the details are very clean and easy to read. as i mentioned i was deep into playing wwe '13 and my personal CAW had a run with this particular belt that would rival Bruno Sammartino's so this really is a treat to have as my new collection is growing to its strongest

HAPPY 6/19 SATURDAY!!i guess opening with that you'd expect me to have a Rey Mysterio review dialed up for today, but no π i havent been able to get any Rey's ive been hunting for at a good price yet. so today ive just got a 'relaxed fit' batch of reviews to share that really dont fall into any grouping, other than just being cool figures Shinsuke Nakamura Ultimateive always been a huge fan of the king of strong style. i was actively watching NXT when he debuted and had that banger of a match against sami zayn. i wasnt collecting at the time , but ALMOST broke down and bought his defining moments figure when it was released. when i decided to start collecting again this year, this was one of the first few figures i decided to purchase. i really enjoy this ultimate figure, we all know how animate of an individual Nakamura is, so with this figure youre able to nail his poses and moves. i was able to get this figure on Amazon prime for $25 Ultimate Warriorsive always liked Warriors attires and ever abundant energy. I had the legends series warrior in my previous collection, but missed out on all the others. i picked up these two in a lot of figures, prolly paid about $18/ea for them Network spotlight HBKas i revealed in a previous post, when i was a kid watching wrestling, shawn michaels was in his commissioner phase, so i never got to see the Heartbreak Kid in his early prime. in all the wrestling games i played, shawn was one of the most fun characters to play because of his agility and technical moves available. another thing netting him cool points were the colorful and unique tight designs he would be seen wearing. i fell in love with this blue tights design early on because shawn was mostly known for wearing whites and reds, this blue color was just such a cool contrast to that; plus it helps that blue is my favorite color. i had tried to get this figure MOC forever, but prices kept creeping upwards of $50-60 and i just wasnt feeling that. i eventually won this figure for $25+shipping on ebay. Defining Moments StingSO. THIS. DAMN. FIGURE... its another one of those figures that has been on my radar for endless years. id always get the itch to hop on ebay and "just see" what the market was like for this figure. i remember there were a few times ive had it in my cart, ready to complete a buy-it-now listing for an MOC Stinger, but i just backed out at the last second, saying either 'it wont be much more expensive than this in a few years' or simply 'nah i really dont need this now'. either way it seemes like this figure is constantly at the top tier in the secondary market and im not in it at that level($100+ for a single figure....) i was able to acquire this figure in a small lot, loose but mint with no bat accessory for what i calculate at about $45. and finally.....one of my FAVORITE new figures: Royal Rumble Stone Cold Steve Austinthis stone cold has THE BEST Steve Austin sculpt that has ever been seen in the line. get out your credit card, buy like 8 of these and scrap all your old steve austin heads and replace them with this one. this one is immensely better than the ultimate edition heads and it puts the old stone cold headsculpts TO SHAME. i think the issue with all the other steve austin heads is they make them too thin (im gonna rant on this in another figure review coming up) and it just makes his figures look inauthentic. this head is fuller and rounder in the temples and the jaw, it truly looks photo real. it really is an uncanny resemblance. i actually like this figure so much, im gonna buy the basic Stone Cold figure that had the Gold Kneebraces and put them on this figure. AND THATS THE BOTTOM LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE BECAUSE MONSOONMAN SAID SO.

Great collection man. Love the throwback collection pictures and glad to hear you are rebuilding both your collection and life through mental hurdles. It quite amazing to see how far the line has come in recent years. Plenty of growth both in official releases and within customizing. Some of these figures are amazing and happy to see youβve added so many to your v3 collection.

I LOVE this thread. You are amassing an amazing collection.
What series is the Rocky Maiva, Mark Henry, and X-Pac from?
Same question about those 2 Warriors. They look amazing.
And the Blue HBK is like the Bone Cruncher Jakks brought to life...

And the Blue HBK is like the Bone Cruncher Jakks brought to life... Rocky was a Target exclusive, the first I think. Mark Henry was a Walmart exclusive Decade of Domination series 1. Xpac is elite series 33. Singlet Warrior is elite 26. The other is Target Hall of Fame from the 2 pack with Shango. HBK was Toys R Us Network Spotlight exclusive.

It quite amazing to see how far the line has come in recent years. Plenty of growth both in official releases and within customizing. Some of these figures are amazing and happy to see youβve added so many to your v3 collection. -Ruff Figures (FKA classicdas) my dude!! thank you for the words ππ SO GLAD to see you active in this thread! the custom work that you provided to me as a collector was the absolute high point of my collection at the time. i was at the connoisseur level where i was about ready to box up my entire collection and send it to you for head repaints all around π i actively stalked your ebay page hoping to be the fist to bid on a new masterpiece. I LOVE this thread. You are amassing an amazing collection. What series is the Rocky Maiva, Mark Henry, and X-Pac from? Same question about those 2 Warriors. They look amazing. And the Blue HBK is like the Bone Cruncher Jakks brought to life... Early beat me to it but yeah he named all those figures/ series right off. thats the main reason i lusted after the blue Michaels; i remember seeing that BCA figure on the lineup on the back of the card

The problem with the RR Austin head is that itβs not in scale with the Austin body molds. Well really Austin body molds need to be bigger.

What a great thread. Ruff Figures -- is there anywhere we can see your Customs? Out of respect to MonsoonMan and his awesome thread I wouldn't want to highjack it, but please feel free to PM me and I'll share!

comin atcha today with a TOMBSTONE THURSDAYLegends 9 Undertakerfirst figure today is the newest offering of the purple gloved deadman. when i started renting old wwf VHS as a kid, i remember finding the Summerslam featuring the Undertaker vs Undertaker match, and that was honestly my first ever sighting of the purple gloved 'taker. i really enjoyed the purple accented attire; i also remember seeing taker wearing a red and black attire-for a videogame-i think THAT would've been a cool incarnation to see. i had the old E23 Flashback 'Taker in my second collection and as cool as it was at the time, THIS legends taker blows it out of the water. the extra included hands, softgoods coat and updated headsculpt make this a GREAT figure. i picked up this taker in a damaged box for $30 shipped. Network Spotlight Undertakerthis next Taker is a huge nostalgia bomb for me; my very first undertaker was the BCA Signature Series Undertaker that happened to be wearing this exact attire! i love that they gave this undertaker a unique torso sculpt for this attire. this is the era of undertaker i was most familiar with so it ranks up there as one of my top favorite figures in my collection. i was able to scope this figure out for $40 MOC +shipping on ebay Hall of Champions Undertakersince Phenom Taker is my favorite incarnation, it was a matter of time before i acquired the HoC Taker. this is another GREAT figure and incarnation of the deadman. honestly a, GO BUY IT if you can find him at a great price. another taker with a unique sculpt for the torso and IIRC a unique headsculpt for this particular figure. this was another era of Taker i was familiar with, but less cool with. i remember the interesting promo he cut about the Big Show----riding into the desert on a motorcycle-------eating a snake? π€£ nonetheless--still a great figure. i also picked this figure up for $40 MOC +shipping ABA UndertakerHe's HeReEeE.......................GONG the American Bad Ass incarnation of Taker was real weird for me. At the time i really enjoyed those bands like Limp BIzkit and Kid Rock and i was also pretty big into the West Coast Chopper-Jesse James-kinda culture, BUT i enjoyed phenom taker. i liked him being the Lord of Darkness, leading the ministy-lighting symbols on fire more than the guy riding to the ring toting an American Flag calling the Squared Circle his 'yard'. in hindsight taker was just evolving with the culture and it did work. my biggest memory with THIS version; the long red haired taker wearing Denim, was in the Playstation Game Smackdown 2: Know Your Role. That game featured this incarnation of taker so thats why i looked forward to adding this to my collection.i was able to acquire this figure for $40 shipped on Amazon prime--which i felt was a steal. Elite 85 Undertakerthe Boneyard Taker. i quite enjoyed the Boneyard match vs AJ-----PERSONALLY would have loved a Sting match, but....π
the biggest thing that pushed me to buy this figure was the truefx head. this is one of the most realistic offerings of the undertakers face that ive ever seen on a mattel figure thus far. the bandana fits and looks pretty good on the head, but i do not like the rubber vest they provided, i feel like it makes him look WAYY too chonky. i was able to scoop this taker up for retail on amazon prime. i just wanna say thanks to those who have replied, thanks to those who have viewed, and thanks to those who have liked my posts so far. as i mentioned earlier in my posts im not just looking to 'show off my new stuff' im hoping to inspire y'all to take a second look at your collection and either gain a new appreciation for a figure youve forgotten about, or maybe inspire you to add a figure to your collection that you initially didnt think about or spark a memory youve associated with a particular figure. β

happy slammin saturday y'all! got some reviews with the theme of SLAM picked out for today πͺπ Sergeant Saturday...... slammin Slaughter.....Sergeant Slam....... okay okay SergeantSlaughterSarge is one of my all time favorite old school personas. i was a G.I Joe fan and when i found out that Sarge made the crossover, it solidified him as a legend in my eyes. sarge wasnt the most flashy in the ring, but he was great at making his moves mean something and damn, he was a great heel; cant wait to grab that figure when it eventually releases (col. Mustafa aswell!) i actually just purchased the legends slaughter on ebay and ive had the HoF slaughter on hand for awhile. i like the Hall of Fame release much better than the legends release, but i think they forgot to add the insignias on the boots. the legends slaughter was kindof a bust purchase because not only are the legs frozen and unable to move up and down, but the left hip piece is missing a large chunk that was not mentioned in the description π the rest of the figure is mint, so its not the worst case scenario, but i definitely wouldnt have paid anywhere near the closing price had that been disclosed.. i bought both of these on ebay; the legends slaughter was bought loose for ~$50 shipped and the Hall of Fame Slaughter was bought MOC for $50 shipped Summerslam Edgeso im not the biggest Edge fan--nothing against him, he just never clicked with me as a fan. as an attitude era kid, however edge is a staple of any collection. i remember his debut vignettes and his original name: THE EDGE. things got pretty cool when he joined the Brood, which is honestly why i sought out this particular figure. i wanted a version to match the Christian variant figure i picked up and reviewed in an earlier post. the problem is that this particular edge is pretty popular and people tend to ask $50-60 for this figure MOC. im not a player for an edge figure at that price, BUT i somehow stumbled on an auction listing on ebay containing a lot of 5 mint, displayed figures with all accessories that no one was paying any attention to. i won the auction and it worked out that each figure broke down to $10 a piece π€£ so i got this edge, loose, mint with all accessories for about $10 shipped. so far this particular figure tops my list at the best deal ive gotten Big BossmanBossman SLAM! was a great finisher, but i liked Abyss's version; "Black Hole Slam" much more. ANYWAYS, Bossman was another classic superstar that i just have a really special spot for. i enjoyed seeing him in the old HARD TIMES gimmick on the old VHSs that i would rent as a kid, and then to see him re-appear in a modern incarnation SWAT gear was awesome. my favorite part was his twirling of the nightstick during his entrance; as a kid i whittled my own nightstick out of a branch and practiced twirling it----i never got good, lol. nostalgic memory concerning this version of bossman was the BCA 2 pack where he was packaged against stone cold. i first saw it at the kmart out of town and i BEGGED my parents to buy it for me but mom said no. my dad took the box and tucked it away wayyyyy on the top shelf and told me we would come back on the weekend to get it. we did end up going back to get it but i remember my dad reaching in the spot and legit could not find the box we both freaked out for a second, but i checked the pegs and i guess and employee found it and put it backπ
this is a great bossman figure, i had a custom attitude era bossman that classicdas made me for my second collection and to be completely honest, this factory one isnt much different than that one (props to classic). ive heard the rumors of an upcoming bossman figure to the legends line and im really curios to see what we got for that figure. i picked up this bossman MOC for $50 shipped on ebay Big Showi really like big show's early career into the Ruthless aggression era, past that he kinda lost me as a fan. my first big show figure was the BCA signature series big show---which i was excited to find on the pegs in the store, but he wasnt THAT much bigger than the rest of the BCA line. anyways, THIS big show was a must have for me as this is a GREAT attitude era show. with the tshirt on, its very reminiscent of wrestlemania 2000 era Show, but with the shirt off, he reminds me of the Unholy Alliance era Tag Team with Undertaker Big Show. i had this figure on my radar for QUITE some time, but everyone was asking $90+ MOC at the time. a few popped up for ~$70ish but i still felt like that was out of my comfort range.....i eventually was able to scoop up THIS Big Show loose for $50 shipped. he was only missing the chokeslam hands, which i feel comfortable ill be able to find. E23 Cesaroive mentioned previously that im trying to avoid re-purchasing figures that ive already had in my collection BUT i can never pass on a good deal for a great figure. π E23 Cesaro is damn close to being a perfect figure IMO; the attire looks great, the body recipe is perfect, the headsculpt is amazing, poseability is ace. i personally like that the leg wraps were treated like kneepads and have the unique sculpt--however i can also see how having them painted on would be an equally smart option. i caught a listing for this figure MOC for $25 SHIPPED on ebay and i was all over the buy it now button
