I recently had a huge clear out of my collection,I'd been going really at it since the start of the year and had accumulated full sets of Series 1-11 and random ones from later Series. I just didn't have the space to keep them so I sold the lot. Fortunately that paid for the Ric Flair so it wasn't too bad. But apart from 1 figure coming in (another Sgt Slaughter 1/100 but with no stamp on the leg), I'm really just content to save up for the day that a 1/100 Hogan with the right sticker and the 3 1/20 Warriors come up. But here's what I have in my collection, these are going no where. I f'ing LOVE this thread. I think so many people overcollect -- but this line-up is truly amazing.
I STILL cannot believe they made that Piper -- amazing figure though

Really good collection. Is there many more jakks 1/100s that you ain’t got? Is the next plan to get all the 1/100 jakks?
Can only think of the 1/100 unmatched fury undertaker that you ain’t got? the unmatched one seems to be very rare would go very well with the classic superstar line too.

I had the Taker and Jesse Ventura Vinyl and was only missing the Vinyl Piper, but I didn’t care for them that much. I’ve sold the Undertaker UF twice in my life, I’m not a big fan but the 2nd time a deal came up that was too good to pass on at the time. Classic Superstars are my thing and I’m keeping the Hornswoggle to hopefully meet him one day. Last figures I’m after from the 1/100 is the regular stamped Hogan (which won’t be cheap) and the 1/3000 Hogan with the 1/100 sticker. Apart from that, dangerous to say but I think the 3 Classic 1/20 Warriors will be next. But dear lord they’ll be expensive. |

I actually traded it to a guy on here I'm friendly with and that's where my two in one Hogan and 24/7 Ric Flair came from. The deal was more than fair for us both and he really would appreciate it more than me in his collection so I felt it was right it went to him. I do like the idea of the figure, and the Unmatched Fury line is incredible but it's just not my thing. It's actually the only UF I've ever owned, and I think if I ever did collect them I'd take them out of the box and display them. Obviously for me as a collector, a 1/100 is never coming out the box but it didn't really fit in my collection if that makes sense so I was happy someone else had it. |
