Over the weekend, I slept until 4pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday. Was up at 7:30am as usual today. I give a lot of credit to energy drinks and speed.
I wish I was still a morning person, but they're unpleasant and work has also been very slow. It's just a chore lately... it doesn't even feel like a job. Money is money though.

I'm a graphic designer for a small company. I think he doesn't care because I still show up everyday and get my work done. Some of the other managers will sometimes make a joke about it to bust my balls or make a comment but I've never gotten in any trouble for it and I still get positive annual reviews/raises/bonsues. I'm sure if it was a big company it wouldn't fly. That’s the problem with these companies. They wanna nit pick some people and the good workers always get crapped on instead of letting some things go. I actually just got a promotion at work so I can’t be late anymore, lol. I’ve been leaving 10-15 minutes earlier everyday for the past couple of weeks and it hasn’t been too bad.

I'm up around 5am-5:30am to get ready for the school day. I'm a teacher and have two school aged kids. I'm usually asleep by 9:30pm-10pm. I've grown used to the routines and I don't mind it.

I'm up at 4:20 AM every morning. my guy nah, not at all. I have to leave for work at 5:10 and 4:30 cuts it too close to feed my daughter, shower, eat something myself, and get dressed. I've actually bumped it back to 4 flat since she's becoming a fussier bottle eater :/

Alarm goes off at 6 am if I don't wake up before it and turn it off. I get up between 6:30 and 6:45. Leave for work around 7:20 to start by 8.
For the longest time, other than a mandatory 4:30 am to 3 pm pandemic schedule change, I worked 7 am to 4 pm (for years and years). I like 8 to 4:30 much better, especially now that road construction is finished and traffic isn't an issue (as much). It's so much easier getting up at 6 or 6:30 than 5 or 5:30, even though it's just an hour. And I didn't realize how much it affected me driving to work in the dark every morning. That sucks.
Overall, I don't love getting up for work, but I do it, and I'm late maybe once or twice a year even though I briefly consider calling out almost every morning (also something that happens maybe once or twice a year).

I get up at 4am and get to work at 5am, it's been a while since I've worked this early. At the moment I don't mind it only because I work in an empty store with no customers for a while and I leave at 2pm right before it starts getting busy. Major gripe is I can't eat a good homemade breakfast unless I decide to wake up earlier which I prefer not to. Great pro is I get first dibs on figures that get stocked on shelves.

Get off work between 4 and 5am each day. Usually lay in bed a few hours watching tv till I pass out. On average wake up around 2pm. I love it. Pretty much my schedule exactly …..it took some getting used to night shift when I started my new job because I wasn’t used to sleeping during the day & at that time I was only able to sleep 2 or 3 hours per day (my girlfriend told me I was a crab on a daily basis for a month) but I’m cool with it now

I never get up later than 7:00. On weekdays, I go to university as a couple (I study to be a history teacher) and then go to work. And on the weekends I go to work and sometimes to the gym. It is difficult for me to combine all this, but sometimes I turn to writinguniverse.com/free-essay-examples/history/ to keep up with my studies. I am happy because I have only one year left to study and after that I will work normally in my profession which I like very much!!!

When I wake up in the morning, and the alarm gives out a warning, I don't think I'll ever make it on time. By the time I grab my books, and give myself a look, I’m at the corner just in time to see the bus fly by.

Between 5:15 and 6:00am each day. I like it, but it's annoying how quick the day goes when I'm not at work.

I am up at 7 almost every day and I have my morning rituals. First of all a drink a large glass of water, then have a healthy breakfast and after take my vitamins (found information about them on canadian pharmacy online). The same thing I do already for more than 10 months and feel full of energy for the whole day long. Do you also have your morning things guys?

if you are an adult that struggles or hates the early starts then you have issues and need help.
when you are young fair enough, you stay up late you don't care if you are late to school. but if you are an adult and cannot manage your fatigue and hate your job, I feel sorry for ya - try and make a change. THE WORLD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU - so at least respect yourself and treat yourself good.
I am Hispanic so we believe waking up every morning is a huge blessing!

My current job Some days I come in at 8:00/10:00 Am or 2:00 pm I like it since I don’t get acclimated to one schedule and it rotates daily.
My last job as Correction Officer I did night shift 6pm-6am. The jail I worked was hour away, to be fed, showered, groomed I had to be up by 3:00 Pm and had to hit the road by 4:40 Pm. I’d usually get home between 7:30 Am (never got relief early) or 11:00 am if I had to do a 16.
I also was day shift officer at one point so that was a reverse. I had to wake up around 4:20 am. But in my benefit I could hit the road at 5:00 -5:10 am since there was zero traffic going north.

I think there’s a lot of benefits of getting up early everyday. But I think it’s based on how you function. I’ve noticed I function a lot better at 2pm-10pm way. However I’m 22. Fatigue is never easy. I was walking zombie as correction officer 70 hour workweeks sometimes getting as little as 4 hours. So I’d up sleeping away days because of it But there’s right mentality another day is a gift from god.
