I substitute teach so I have to be up at 6:45 AM. I absolutely detest it; my last job before COVID was much later, and I could wake at a whopping 2:30 PM and be fine.
When is your wake up time, and do you like or dislike it?

Get off work between 4 and 5am each day. Usually lay in bed a few hours watching tv till I pass out. On average wake up around 2pm.
I love it.

I typically start work between 4 or 5 PM (Server at a restaurant). So I typically wake up sometime between 11 AM and 2 PM depending on the day and what time I went to bed.

I work night shift. Get out 5:30 AM. Generally fall asleep somewhere between 8AM-9AM. Can be a little later depending on what wrestling I'm catching up with on my DVR. Wake up around 4 PM or so most of the time. On my weekends I usually fall asleep around 6AM-7AM, but waking up will vary. Preferably I'd get up around 2PM, but sometimes I can't fall back asleep and am up earlier, or sometimes I'm still in bed until 3-3:30. Do I dislike it? No I don't, I like being UP. ALL. NIGHT.

My last job was shift pattern 2 days, 2 nights, off four. Up at 4:30am on the days and finished 7am on the nights. Now I'm Monday to friday 8:30am to 4pm. I get up at 7:20 and leave the house at 8:20.

I've been waking up around 7:00-7:30am for awhile now. My last job was 7-7:30 wakeup. Then I started a new job, and was 2nd shift for it. So I woke up at 2:40pm every day, and worked from 3:30 to midnight.... It got very depressing and hard on my body. I wasn't seeing enough daylight, I didn't have any time to do anything I wanted to except for weekends--and then my sleep would be thrown off on top of things. I am much happier working the morning shift compared to 2nd. Glad I requested the change while I still could.
I left my alarm on my phone for my old wakeup time because it goes off at 2:40pm and it's just a nice reminder that instead of another crapty day just beginning, it's actually about to begin.

Depending on the week, ranges from 5am-6am. Work 7:30am-4pm.
Much better than working nights, weekends, or overnight.

Step 1 : Hop up out the bed. Step 2 : Turn my swag on. Step 3 : Take a look in the mirror, say "What's up!?"
Yeah, I'm getting money!! Oh!!

If I don't have to go anywhere, I love waking up early. I can't stand waking up for work, though. I'm late to work by at least a few minutes nearly everyday and it's been this way for years. My boss surprisingly doesn't care.

My alarm goes off twice. Once at 12:15am & again at 1:00am. I'm at work at 2:15am & punch our around noon. 6 days a week. Sundays I sleep in & usually wake up around 3:30am. I try to get to bed around 6pm every day.

My sleep schedule was f*cked from August until March. I worked 7:00am-7:00pm 4 days a week, with a 40 minute drive to and from work so I was waking up around 5:30am every day which SUCKED...
I work a 9 to 5 now which is great. I wake up at 7:20am every day which I'm happy enough with. It's nice to have a normal routine after my previous job and the days of the first lockdown when I was going to bed at 3 and waking up at 12 most days.

I'm a graphic designer for a small company. I think he doesn't care because I still show up everyday and get my work done. Some of the other managers will sometimes make a joke about it to bust my balls or make a comment but I've never gotten in any trouble for it and I still get positive annual reviews/raises/bonsues. I'm sure if it was a big company it wouldn't fly.
