I know there are others from the classic period, but these three stand as perhaps the biggest titans from what many may call “the golden era.” Which is your favorite? I’d definitely go with HB...their ‘50s-‘80s stuff is amazing, and even beyond the classic era, when they came back to make a good portion of the Cartoon Cartoons of the late ‘90s/early 2000s, they stayed true to their high quality of years gone by.
Which one takes the cake for you?

Warner Brothers
Batman and Superman Animated series, Batman Beyond, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. It has to be the WB for the win.

Don Bluth during the 80s give Disney a run for their money with my fave 3 - Secret of Nimh, An American Tail and Land before Time. They would have been considered "too dark" for Disney but they were great and the box office success proved it.

All were/are great. But I will go with WB for their DC shows and movies. H-B had great television cartoons in the 70’s-80’s, but I can’t think of any feature films. And while Disney has had great movies I was never a fan of their television animated shows.
