Where have you found hidden figs before? I always look but I have never found a hidden figure. I found my ML 3 Thor in the girls aisle. And I once found a SMC DD in the pool toys. I look for boxes sticking out, or sitting at an odd angle, like something smaller might be behind them. Also, look at the top shelves on every aisle. If you see what looks like the ML clamshell packaging, then you might have a winner. Most of the time, you won't find anything. But I give myself plenty of time to look around anyway.

Well, one time I hid some figures behind a bunch of things, it was there for a week or two. Relocating the item is just a different story.

The best place to look, is Kmart. The whole ing store is a mess, kids grab toys and leave them in the sporting goods, and the stock people leave a bunch of crapin baskets.

For a good laugh, checkout Ebay. Scads of people trying to unload Skulls and Goliaths. I saw two Skulls with a 20 dollar buy it now option. So a bunch of cocksucking scalpers are stuck with figures they can't unload. Boo hoo.

Sounds like all the asses stuck with their Elektras after they stopped being rare. I was a smart one, and opened mine. Sure, the figure is horrible, but considering she sells for $5.99 at KB, I don't honestly care.

I just picked up Skull because I thought maybe a quick 15-20 would be nice. I dont believe in selling them for 50 bucks or more...I mean, chases are mostly for collectors anyway, so a FEW bucks more is ok, but not trying to needle people over it. Still, Skull is a nice figure. Posability blows, but not bad. So if I'm stuck with a guy that will still be fairly rare, its ok.

I'm gonna keep the extra chase figures I find and use them for trades for future chases hopefully. These figures won't be easy to find forever, plus there are always people that join the game late and need to find the older figures.

I uh...Have a really crappy Dormammu figure with your name on it.

Well, all figures become difficult to find, or out of production after a while. Do you still see ML2 hanging on your pegs? Nope.

I must say, I am really happy with SMC 9. I finally found all of the figs at KB, and they are all outstanding IMO. I have only purchased Ultimate Rhino and Cyber Spider-man, but was tempted to buy the others: Secret identity Spider-Man with Peter Parker disguise - a really nice idea, and I think the Parker figure is cool. Pretty cool to get two figures for the price of one. Cyber Spider-Man with transforming armor to rocket launcher - this fig blew me away . I really wasn't expecting much, but I have to say that I think this figure was really well done! He could be used as a bad guy or a good guy, and his accessories are cool too. Black costume Spider-Man with missile launching glider - I was really tempted to buy this one, but chose Cyber Spidey over him. The glider is cool, and having a symbiote Spidey is always good for storylines. Ultimate Rhino with smash n crush action and break away wall - the piece d'resistance ;D! I new I wanted this one since seeing protos, but was floored when I found him in person! His sheer size is awesome and I love the tech/cyber style detail on the costume. Better fig than Carnage IMO...

Just to let everyone know, Spider-man 2 figures are on sale this week at Target for $5.28. I picked up the Super-Poseable Spidey. I also got the 18" Spidey for just $18!

Check this out: cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=2483&item=5905216633&rd=1 So that guy is based in America, but he bought ML 6 overseas, and is passing the cost on to the poor bastard that bids on them. Word of advice from Uncle KAM: Don't be tempted, and pay a hideously inflated price. We've all waited this long, now wait a couple more weeks when you can have the entire set for about the same price this guy wants for one figure.
