he he...I won't go ape Chocolate Shark I don't care if others get them first..as long as it's not you I just really, really, really want them(deadpool). and I'm getting full cases of bot 6 and 7. probably 8 too when diamond offers them. with gas prices the way they are I just can't justify goiong all over the place looking for these. I very rarely go on toy runs anymore. I usually only stop places if they're not way out of my way. Like on the way home from work(s) or going somewhere else. Also figure that cases would make it way easier to get the chases(hopefully maskless wolvie) Yeah, I was gonna mention that. Since you're getting a full case, you have a crack at Unmasked Wolvie. In fact....*6-8 weeks from now* "Alright! My full case of ML 6! Juggernaut! Deadpool! Phoenix! Cable! Punisher! *Gasp* Is that what I think it is? It's...A GODDAMN OPEN MOUTHED BEAST?!"

This time around, come hell or high water, i will get me an unmasked wolvie to complete my collection. I'm not worried about the phoenix/cable variations...I think those will be easy enough to get(though I wouldn't be mad if they were in my case ) Here are a few auctions for Juggs: hk.page.auctions.yahoo.com/hk/auction/1106011173?aucview=0x23hk.page.auctions.yahoo.com/hk/auction/1106007923?aucview=0x23

www.action-figure.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=10725Diamond Select's newest ultimate figure... Thor! I wish he looked more like he did on The Reigning iss. 2. Also, Green Goblin and Ultimate Wolverine are both out, but I haven't noticed them selling very well. In fact, my local Gamestop has Ult. Wolvie marked down to 9.99 (from 16.99). I'm hoping future Diamond Select releases include: 1/ Ultimate Sabretooth w/ Wild Child base 2/ Ultimate Carnage w/ wounded Spidey base 3/ Galactus w/ nebula base

Is Spiderman 2 Doc Ock going to be increasingly easy or increasingly difficult to find?

Those loose ML6 figs look great. The Wolverine, Jean Grey, and Juggernaut figs looks awesome...and I know that I'll definitely be getting Cable (probably both versions...god dammit, that's 14 bucks right there) and Punisher. Anyone know why Deadpool, Wolverine, Phoenix, Cable, and Juggernaut (plus a good amount of ML7) weren't figures in the X-Men line instead? Has ToyBiz scrapped the X-Men line?

Is Spiderman 2 Doc Ock going to be increasingly easy or increasingly difficult to find? Easier. It always gets easier. Anyone know why Deadpool, Wolverine, Phoenix, Cable, and Juggernaut (plus a good amount of ML7) weren't figures in the X-Men line instead? Has ToyBiz scrapped the X-Men line? They canned it because retailer's didn't order it, most likely becuase the X2 line sold so poorly. But that doesn't explain why they picked up HC for two lines, because the Hulk Movie toys sold even worse. So they probably just jammed the XMC2 line into the ML6 line, which always sells great.

XMC was cancelled due to poor sales. Only two figures from the line were sought after, as no one needed another Logan, or a crappy Gambit. HC was cancelled because it shared the same SKU as the Hulk Movie Figures. Go to Target sometime, if you see any HC or XMC, they're hanging on Hulk Movie pegs. Most retailers only saw the SKU, and didn't want anymore Hulk Movie figs clogging their pegs.

Following on from the news article earlier today that Marvel Legends have hit the UK and Hong Kong, we have further details...
Forbidden Planet International have got in contact to let us know more about the figures.
As you may know, Forbidden Planet International get the same standard unbalanced case assortments that everyone else gets, and because they sell their figures individually it means some figures sell out quicker than others.
Now whilst Walmart and mass market retail stores will have kids picking up figures to even things out a bit, FPI is predominently collectors, so the situation there is probably greater than it would be at mass market.
Whilst the official chase is a re-released Unmasked Wolverine, it appears from the cases that FPI have got that Phoenix is going to be a problem to find (at least initially, as whilst ToyBiz never comment on case assortments, we do know they have made rolling changes in the past). FPI tell me that the regular Phoenix is only turning up once in every 4 to 5 cases. I don't think the Phoenix variant has been spotted yet (at least not in the cases that FPI opened). As a result, FPI have stopped taking any more orders for the Phoenix figure as they are ensuring that they can meet all the pre-orders.
As for the other figures, FPI tell me that most fans will not have a problem finding either Movie Punisher or Brown Suit Wolverine. They're quite heavily packed, with all the others pretty short-packed.
Looking through my old notes, I did have a record of one (of many) possible case assortments that could match what's happening:
Brown Costume Wolverine @3 Cable @2 Deadpool @1 Juggernaut @2 Movie Punisher Figure @3 Possible Substitute Chase Figure - Phoenix
No idea if it's accurate or not, but it seems to match to degree, so it could be pretty close. However this does clash with what ToyBiz told us in April which listed Phoenix as a regular figure and not a chase.
The good news is that FPI tell me that even if you miss out on the figures that were aired into the UK, the cases coming by sea are due in the UK in 2.5 to 3 weeks.
Now people have been asking me about the US and when we're likely to see the figures. Officially it's late June / early July, but I'm gonna make my own estimate and reckon on the first sighting being in California in about 2 weeks. Let's see how close I get.
There is the full 2nd article from Action-Figures.com
It just makes it easier for lazy people to read.

Maybe a bit late, but I got War Hulk today. Great figure, and the fat bastard was actually causing the bubble to separate from the card because of his weight.

I finally got Joe Fix-it Hulk and that is a superb figure. One of my favorite Hulks bar-none. Everything is done great on this figure.
The ones I want from Marvel Legends 6 are going to be hard to find. I want everyone BUT brown Wolverine and movie Punisher. So, that means I will have trouble finding everyone.
Boo to Toybiz

I didn't see the Punisher movie yet, so I have no desire for another Pun. I may pick up a Wolverine, though.

I just picked up Mecha Hulk. I passed on it about four weeks ago and regretted it until yesterday. I couldn't pass on it this time. It is truly awesome. Even the Gremlin has articulation (arms & legs)!
